A fabulous holiday in a fantastic hotel with excellent staff, facilities and location.
Pros:

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful holiday.

Perfekte Lage, schöner Wellnessbereich, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Zimmer ohne Ausblick, für den Preis eine Frechheit, das Essen inkl. Frühstück mittelmässig bis schlecht. Obwohl ich es bereits bei der Buchung mitgeteilt hatte wurden für die Zöliakie meiner Frau keine entsprechende Speisen angeboten

Beliggenhed er perfekt lige v pisten og super terrasse, dejlig spa og generelt gode faciliteter og fin betjening.

Cons:

Køkkenet/ maden lever ikke op til det niveau man forventer, hvis der sammenlignes m lignende hoteller i området. Meget svingende kvalitet, hvor vi flere gange oplevede at kød var gennemstegt så meget at d ikke var værd at spise. Oplevede også god tilberedning, men generelt alt f ustabilt

Skvělý hotel pro milovníky lyžování, výjimečné kuchyně a velkorysého spa
Pros:

Hotel přímo u sjezdovky s napojením na další sjezdovky. Skvělá kuchyně. Velké spa s velkým bazénem na plavání. Vše v hotelu komfortní. Personál bez chyby.

The location is perfect and the view is beautiful.

Cons:

This is not a five stars hotel, I'd say that it's an average four stars hotel. I booked one of the best and biggest suit, it was huge and the view was beautiful, but the quality of the furnitures and the overall materials were poor, this is true overall to the whole hotel, there is a mess of multiple styles in design. I had an approximately 50m2 suit, with an airport ibis hotel size bathroom. The restaurant's food was very poor sometimes and staff was not suitable for a five stars hotel's, gourmet restaurant. This hotel needs a massive renovation and an upgrade to a five stars service.

Topligging, nu nog topeten en de puntjes op de i hier en daar en je mag weer spreken van een TOPhotel.
Pros:

De ligging, echt een topgebied! De kamer was heel ruim, badkamer, apart afsluitbare hoek voor onze zoon maar we hadden geen zicht, enkel muren. Het personeel aan de receptie, de poetsploeg en ‘s avonds bij het diner waren heel vriendelijk. Het zwembad was heel groot en het verwarmd buitenzwembad was heerlijk.

Cons:

Het eten… voor ons een grote afknapper.. vooral het diner was geen 5* waard. De smaken zaten niet goed en de vis en het vlees waren regelmatig zeer uitgedroogd. De kaasschotel was telkens een slagveld en er was bijna geen keuze meer als wij gegeten hadden… het aanbod was ook zeer pover, terwijl Oostenrijk zoveel goede kazen heeft. Een gemiste kans… andere hotels pakken uit met hun kazen.. Veel betaalbare wijnen waren “uitgedronken”… je werd eigenlijk gedwongen de duurdere wijnen te nemen. Het was de eerste avond ook Valentijn maar er werd niks met het thema gedaan.. Er was ook geen muziek in het achterste gedeelte, waar wij zaten. Daar mochten we gelukkig wel zelf voor zorgen… ‘S morgens duurde het heel lang eer er fruit en borden werden aangevuld. De koffie moest ook tas per tas worden gebracht. We eiergerechten waren wel lekker. Het personeel was smorgens niet echt vriendelijk. Wij zijn de service van 5* gewend, maar in dit hotel is er nog veel werk aan de winkel. Er waren soms ook geen ligbedden beschikbaar bij het zwembad.. of je moest naar de 16+ ruimte maar mensen met kleinere kids moeten hun kids in het oog kunnen houden… jammer.
De kamers moesten met een sleutel bediend worden en bij de vraag naar een tweede sleutel, moest er waarborg gegeven worden.. ik hoop dat het hotel iets doet aan het eten, want je betaald hier zeer veel geld voor je verblijf. Dat moet gewoon beter… wij komen helaas niet meer terug.

Absolut empfehlenswert, unsere neue TOP Adresse in der Region.
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Ein sehr hilfreiches und freundliches Personal unter einer guten und präsenten Führung. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. das Essen und das Frühstück sind sehr schmackhaft und können je nach Lust und Laune auch mal angepasst werden. Sehr schönes Schwimmbad und sehr gelungener Wellnessbereich. Alles in allem ist das Hotel der Perfektion sehr nahe.

Cons:

Eine Juniorsuite in dieser Preisklasse darf nicht als einzige Sicht das Nebengebäude haben.
Den Himmel haben wir vom Zimmer uas nicht sehen können.
