飯店地點鄰近火車站、新天地和大遠百威秀，附近也有許多超商和各式餐廳，其中涵蓋了早午餐、台式、義式、美式和日式⋯⋯等不同類型。
房間大小比照片還大上一些，裝潢風格簡約溫暖且環境整潔，插座和置物空間充足。電視載有 YouTube 和 Netflix（Netflix為手機操作），搭配房間的 Wifi 速度使用無虞。另有冰箱、冷水壺、電熱水壺和膠囊咖啡機，飯店提供的零嘴也相當好吃。
衛、浴分離，熱水來的速度即時，不論蓮蓬頭或浴缸的給水量均相當充足，並備有洗髮乳和沐浴乳；廁所為免治馬桶，備有洗手乳和 Panasonic 吹風機，風量足夠。
早餐在一樓的餐廳，採自助形式，有中、台、日、美式餐點，新鮮且美味。
特別想稱讚的一點，是飯店以冷水壺搭配各樓層的飲水機為旅客提供飲用水，真正解決了以寶特瓶提供飲用水所產生的環保和水量（喝完得去櫃檯要水）問題。
在傍晚時會有來自樓上（健身房和泳池樓層）使用者所產生的振動噪音，聲響不大，只是相對其他時間良好的隔音效果較為突兀。
乾淨舒適，床很好睡
唯一小小缺點是兩天早餐沒有變化
地點、空間、整潔都不錯，可惜就是停車位置有限，太晚到飯店check in，只能找路邊的停車格，不過也代表飯店生意很好~^_^
飯店服務人員態度很好
沖完馬桶後，每次都有濃濃的的臭味飄出來。
洗髮精很差，頭髮第一次如此乾燥、毛躁！

原本4點才能入住，但我們提早到，飯店讓我們提早入住（14:50）
浴室有霉菌
早餐非常好吃，還有客制歐姆蛋和班尼迪克蛋，非常特別，廁所用的是含烘乾功能的TOTO免治馬桶，很舒適，最重要就在台南火車站旁，推著行李就可以到，對不開車的旅客非常友善，加上台南轉運站很近，直接搭接駁車去亞太球場看球也非常方便，小朋友不小心遺落在房間的泳褲，也很快的用宅急便寄回，硬體設施、服務、早餐、飯店地點都是水準之上，很難再挑出缺點
設備都很新，住起來舒適，有游泳池和健身房
週一早上的早餐，因為住客眾多，所以品質顯得較差一點，希望可以改進
