Value for money
Pros:

Location is just diagonally opposite the Grand Batam Mall. Also located very close to a market that offers variety of food options.

Cons:

Not so much of dislike. I wished for hand towels in the room and either a gym or pool would have been nice.

Pros:

The drinks (juices) and biscuits in the bar are free. Wide variety of food for breakfast.

Cons:

Check in was pushed from 2pm to 3pm and 3.30pm.

Avoid this hotel with smoke smell
Pros:

Proximity to grand batam mall & A2

Cons:

We were assigned a non-smoking room. However, the room was filled with smoke smell that made it really hard to sleep. In addition, the corridors had smoke smell. They used some awful strong fragrance to try to musk the smell in the room and corridors, to no avail.

A stylish, art-filled hotel in an unbeatable location near Batam’s best shopping and food.
Pros:

Perfect for shopping! Stayed here for the location and wasn't disappointed. It’s a 5-minute walk to Grand Batam and BCS Mall. The room was modern, clean, and the bathroom was huge. Great value if you want to be near all the best food and malls.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was quite central. Short walk to grand batam mall and cafes nearby.

Cons:

Small arrival lobby that reeked of sewage smell. Breakfast was pathetic and most of the food was cold. Utensils and cups were not replenished in time. Won't ever go back.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better.

The location was excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.
