Perfect for vacation with the family to relax and enjoy nature and good food

Has everything you need for your family to be comfortable and relaxed. Included additional items like nappies, wipes and baby food. Incredible.

Cons:

It’s a shame that many of the rooms look over the hydro electric plant.

Perfect for family
Pros:

The hotel is extremely family-friendly and clearly designed with children in mind. We especially love that the kids can go straight to the play area while we are still finishing our dinner. This makes mealtimes much more relaxing and enjoyable for us as parents.

The indoor swimming pool is also ideal for families. The water depth is perfect for our children, as it is shallow enough for our five-year-old to stand with his head above the water. This means I do not need to stay in the pool with him the entire time, while still being able to supervise the kids closely. The water is also nice and warm inside.

The family sauna is another great feature in the indoor swimming area. Since we need to stay near the children, it is wonderful to have the opportunity to enjoy the sauna while they play on the water slide nearby. It allows us to relax a little while still keeping an eye on them. I wish that they open also in the morning not just from 14:00 since I usually go to the pool with the kids already in the morning-

Spa massage was amazing. I could really fall asleep during the session!

The location is 2 mins walk to the cable car station in case anyone wants to go up the mountain or even enjoy the Mountain coaster.

Cons:

We stayed for four nights and requested that our room be cleaned, including a change of bed linen, midway through our stay by placing the appropriate sign outside the room. Unfortunately, the bed linen was not changed, which was disappointing. The beds were made, but fresh sheets were not provided.

The lunch selection is also quite limited, with mainly sandwiches and only a few hot food options. We would have appreciated a little more variety. However, we also understand that there are fewer guests at the hotel during the daytime, so offering a larger buffet may not always be practical.

While we like the kids club, the activities last about 30 mins so it is quite short. Otherwise, you can always leave the kids there but none of mine would stay long since the play space outside is much more interesting for them.

Great for kids. Improvements needed for the outdoor
Pros:

Wonderful indoor play area and staff taking care of the kids, interesting and engaging activities.
Great food.
Comfortable room.

Cons:

The outdoor areas and facilities are quite poor, part of the playground was half broken and in complete decay which is strange for a family hotel.The terrace outdoors looks empty and not cozy, with only metal chairs, no decor or plants making it more inviting.Outdoor pool area with lounge chairs is too small for such a big hotel. Almost no greens outdoors, the green areas look neglected and not pleasant to walk around. Poor English skills and communication skills at the reception. All that especially striking considering the price category of the hotel.

Great all inclusive family hotel, with kids activities all day long
Pros:

The location is very nice and quiet. Great kids club with activities all day long. The dinner buffet options were very nice and not repetitive-we stayed for three nights. We will definitely come back.

Cons:

I had an appointment at the Spa for a massage and there was no personnel available at the reception. One of the receptionist kindly showed me around but I would have expected the spa reception to be staffed during the day.
There were a lot of flies near the food in the dining area. This is very unusual for a 5-star hotel and I would have expected management to have sorted out the issue, as I have seen other reviews mentioning it as well.

Super tolles Pfingstwochenende!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, die Ausstattung des Hotels, das Essen und die Freundlichkeit des Personals war aussergewöhnlich gut. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
