Pros:

Pretty good for kids aged 6-12. Many things to do for them. Good quality of the food. Close to ski slope. Nice sauna and pool areas.

Cons:

Dinner starts at 6:30, not great for toddlers. Coffee bad. Pool water could have been warmer.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ideal für Familien – Kinder erleben Spass, Eltern geniessen Komfort. Die Getränke an der Bar sind teilweise teurer als in der Schweiz, das Angebot ist aber vielfältig. Das Essen überzeugt durch hohe Qualität und Abwechslung.

Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein (Winter)

Great and new family hotel
Pros:

Overall we were very satisfied with the stay. The hotel is really focused on families and it shows:

1. We had the best check-in experience in years - we were met, luggage taken (including unpacking ski roof box on the car), introduced to the hotel and taken to the room - instantly and with care.

2. The hotel is very new and well maintained - it's a pleasure to be inside.

3. The food in the restaurant was great, especially the seafood and meat from grill. And the combination of self-service and waiting for the cooked food was perfect with small kids, who can't really wait at the table for the menu and their food.

4. The kids club was really nice and comfortable. Our kids actually enjoyed it and asked to go there (which never happened so far in kids hotels).

5. Kids pool was also a great area - indoor pool is warm and pretty shallow, so that we could leave kids to play and relax on the full-sized "bed" nearby while watching them. And they had a small sauna in the family area as well!

Cons:

However, there are pieces here and there that could be polished further:

1. Falky kids club is mostly "unsupervised". We saw kids going in and out on their own and had our 4yo son also leave on his own even though we deliberately set in our registration form that he is not allowed to leave without us. No accidents happened, but that's surprising and concerning.

2. Kids were a bit disappointed with a couple of Science Lab experiences. They expected something more "high quality" as a result of the activity and e.g. with the slime / oobleck - the result was ~meh. But well, there is a Science Lab in the hotel! :D So that's being picky a bit.

Is the best place for family with kids !
Pros:

It is always clean and staff very friendly

Cons:

This will be our 4th year , we can see that with each year they are lowering the standards and I am referring to the food variety, is not about the people making/preparing /serving the food is about the management and in how they’ve decided to do things/cuts .

Lohnt sich! Super Buffet. Sitzplätze für Essen Richtung Eingang mäßig. Sehr gutes Personal und Service.

Cons:

Der e-Zug zum Lift fuhr nicht… unsere Kids waren n biz enttäuscht.
Tisch für s Abendessen wieder mal fast in der Eingangshalle… cool für die Kids. Für mich madig!
Sturz in der Hotelrutsche hat den Aufenthalt für mich diesmal leider sehr vermiest…
