We had overall a wonderful stay as a birthday celebration for my husband. The room was nice and comfortable, the facilities for children were amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious.
A very special shoutout to the Kids Club team for children aged 3–5. They were truly amazing with my son. They took very good care of him, and he had an absolute blast. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and full of such positive energy.
The restaurant staff also deserve a special mention. They were consistently warm, friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our meals. Their service contributed a lot to the positive experience we had during the stay.
Unfortunately, our experience ended on a very disappointing note at check out. There was a discrepancy on our final bill regarding an additional charge for something I had not ordered, which I raised with the Front Office Manager and supported with the written communication from the hotel.
I would like to point out that the Front Office gentleman who initially assisted me was very professional, respectful, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. My only issue was with the Front Office Manager, who became defensive and engaged in an uncomfortable and unnecessarily argumentative exchange with me.
I found his handling of the situation disappointing and unprofessional, particularly for a five-star hotel, and not consistent with the otherwise excellent service we received from the rest of the team.
I sincerely hope the hotel addresses this matter internally, as situations like this can negatively affect the image of the hotel and overshadow what would otherwise have been a truly wonderful experience, especially during a birthday celebration weekend.

1. Really cool facilities for kids for all ages, from outdoor to indoor playgrounds.
2. Purees and formula always avaliable, although might be improved.
1. There is no tea or coffee included into lunch and dinner, only breakfast. Desserts in the evening, but not coffee;) Even if you have nespersseo machine and pot in the room, but at lunch and dinner only for money.
2. Not many healthy options for toddlers (1–2 years old) who have outgrown purees but do not eat regular adult food yet (with all the spices, etc.). I was happy to see oatmeal made with water, but when I tried it, it wasn’t just sweet, it was super sweet. The only remaining option for breakfast was eggs or johgurt maybe. But it always rice and pasta at dinner.
3. Pretty big timegap between lunch and dinner. Though there is a room with some food (pureess, brei and apples) but it might not be enough for toddler kid.

The location is amazing - you get a beautiful view of the Austrian alps right outside your window. Great food at the hotel, and the staff were just amazing.
At times it seems understaffed - the pool barely had any employees around to turn beds and chair around (although it wasn’t super busy and it was easy to find a spot despite overall high occupancy). Same goes for the lobby, barely any employees around to pick up cups, and straighten the lobby.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
The kids were absolutely thrilled, and we finally had time to truly relax and spend quality time together. The food was incredible both breakfast and dinner were amazing. While we found slightly fewer options at lunch, everything was thoughtfully prepared and charming, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful with everything we needed. We would love to come back in the future!
Overall it was an excellent location to enjoy time with my family. The facilities and the staff are excellent and made my experience even more enjoyable than expected.
1)Adult wellness should be extended until 11 pm. This would allow us to enjoy even more after kids sleep time.
2)Card used by kids in kidsclub. This was a bit inconvenient because we had to search quite often where to find those cards. I believe a temporary stamp “tatoo” with the room number in the kids arms would be a better solution to address the identification purpose.
3) Too many flies in the lobby to the point to get uncomfortable stay in the comfortable chairs near the door that opens to the outside area.
