Pros:

We were given a tiny room without windows , when we booked we were supposed to be in king size bed and descent room and a good hotel , the bathroom was very very dirty , smelly, stinky more or less stuck to the bed …
The room was with no ventilation , the staff took 10 to 15 minutes to clean the room when we arrived . No choice was given to us for another room . So we were obliged to find another place ( other hotel to stay ) which was more convenient for us .
So we had to spend more money for 7nights in other hotel in the same area .
PS : we send you an invoice of the hotel we stayed in and the pictures of the hotel offered from you guys .
Can we have the refund of the bill we paid .

Pros:

The “hotel” are some make shift rooms on the 4th floor of a falling apart, filthy,stray cat infested abannded building. No towels, no toilet paper, standing water in bathroom, used sheets, door doesn’t lock, hole in door, unsanitary. I stayed the first night as I arrived at 2am. The person in first room told me I would get a full refund for remaining nights and I still have not heard back from Travelocity regarding refund
