Pros:

ホテルの入口から靴を脱いで、館内は靴下で過ごすことができたので、長い運転後で足の疲れから解放された。
最上階にある大浴場も良かったし、入浴後にアイスを食べながら、ゆっくり漫画を読めて、小学校6年生の息子も満足していました。
室内も清潔感があり、良かったです。

Cons:

ホテルとは関係無いですが、地図アプリによってはホテルの位置がずれて表示される。ルートイン松江の道路を挟んで反対側にあります。夜に到着したので、分かりにくかったのかも、、、

お値段以上でした

チェックイン少し前に到着したのですが、駐車場の係りの方の対応が良い事からスタートし（立体駐車場も最新式で駐車しやすく多少大きい車でも駐車しやすい）、玄関から靴を脱ぐスタイルなので館内も清潔で、ロビーから畳みスタイルは私は初めての経験であり、日本人にはとてもマッチしていると感じました。部屋から温泉（大浴場）までも素足。気持ち良いです。
チェックイン、チェックアウトは端末で行うため、従業員の方との接触はあまり無かったのですが、皆さん笑顔で仕事されてました。
朝食もバイキング方式ですが、量、質ともに高いレベルだと感じました。玉造温泉街ではありませんが、市内観光やビジネスにも良い立地でした。

Cons:

部屋は7階でいｓたが、中心街に近い事もあり眺望は良く無く、カーテンを開けることはほぼありませんでした（隣のホテルと向かい合わせのため）
屋上の温泉からは宍道湖が見えます。

Struttura eccellente, dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione fantastica e ricca sotto ogni aspetto. La struttura presenta un onsen all'ultimo piano con vista città davvero stupendo. Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Consigliatissimo se capitate a Matsue!

• viele Aufmerksamkeiten (Massage Stuhl; Samue; Waschmaschine; kostenlos Yakult, Eis und Nudeln; ..)

Cons:

• erste Nacht musste man auf einen anderen Parkplatz, durfte dort jedoch nicht bleiben und musste nochmal umparken
• Frühstück nur bedingt für veganer geeignet
• Onsen nicht Tatto freundlich

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Clean, well presented and relaxing. Had a great dining experience with a very enthusiastic and helpful waiter who explained everything we were having. Onsen is particularly good, alongside the massage chairs.
