ホテル愛をもっと表現して欲しい
Pros:

清潔、非接触対応が施されている。ベッドも快適。何より、館内では靴を脱いで過ごせるのがよい。お風呂がぬめっていない。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえて助かりました。

Cons:

駐車場の予約に困った。周辺案内、宿泊客とのコミュニケーションが少し少ないのでは？若い宿泊客がお風呂で大騒ぎ。入浴後の宿泊客の節度のなさ、がホテルの雰囲気を反映しているものだとすると、残念である。従業員の方たちがホテルに愛着を持って働いているのは、施設の清潔さから良く分かるだけに、尚更残念。

東京で皆に宣伝します
Pros:

シングルルームに泊まったが、内装が素晴らしかった。お風呂場も木目調でよかった。フロントの大きな花の前で写真を撮りました。廊下の畳も良かったです。

歴史の中に溶け込んでの宿泊
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。松江城に近く、飲食店も良い店が近くに数多くあり充分楽しめた。
施設は館内に温泉設備があり朝夕、入浴が楽しめた、また朝食も料理、デザート共に充実していた。喫煙所も館内に二か所あり喫煙者にとっては便利であった。さらに、ホテルの周辺にも灰皿の設置場所が多く、これはうれしい限りであった。次回も本施設を利用したいと思う。

新しい建物という点と、玄関で靴を脱ぐので、清潔感がありました。

Cons:

あまりのオートメーション化が、お年寄りには少し分かりにくかったのかな？
