Pros:

温泉施設の充実。朝食のクオリティの高さ。

Cons:

近くに居酒屋などは多かったがお酒を飲まないので普通に夕食を取れるお店が見つからなかった。

朝食時、受付のスタッフの方は感じが良かったが、食事を提供する人が、お客様を退けて、フルーツを補充していました。確かに少なくなってはいましたが、無言の気配を察しろ的な態度はどうかと思います。

ビジネスホテルの和風版。但し値段高し。
Pros:

施設が新しい

Cons:

温泉ホテルがドーミーインのチェーン店であることを強調して、何か良いことありますか？
館内素足は良いのですが、下駄箱はまるでスーパー銭湯。この値段でこの玄関はないのでは。
従業員のホスピタリティが素人に近い。もう少しレッスンが必要だと思います。

Ottimo soggiorno a Matsue
Pros:

Ottimo hotel per un soggiorno nella sorprendente Matsue.
La struttura e' moderna ma con degli autentici tratti giapponesi (ad esempio il tatami in reception e in stanza); il castello di Matsue si raggiunge con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.
Lo staff e' stato cortese e disponibile e non abbiamo avuto problemi a comunicare in inglese.
La stanza era di dimensioni standard per il Giappone, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort.
Parcheggio in loco disponibile, a pagamento: il parcheggio dell'hotel era pieno ma ci hanno indicato un altro parcheggio convenzionato a poco piu' di 5 minuti dall'hotel.
C'e' una onsen privata e forniscono ghiaccioli e ciotole di ramen, ma purtroppo non siamo riusciti a usufruirne.
Decisamente consigliato se si soggiorna a Matsue.

Cons:

Non e' stato piacevole doversi trascinare le valigie dal parcheggio alternativo sotto la pioggia, ma sono cose che capitano.

This hotel has a system of taking off your shoes at the entrance and inside is kept very clean. The location is very good within the restaurants area , the castle and Hearn Memorial.

Cons:

The bed is a kind of hard the pillows are small and hard. We prefer more comfortable mattress and bigger down pillows, especially two for each person.

Pros:

無料のコーヒーがキレていたが、すぐにスタッフが補充してくれた。
全体に清潔でよかった。

Cons:

駐車場に案内されたが、他の車が停まっていた（勝手に）ので、すぐに停められずに困った。が、スタッフが丁寧に対応はしてくれた。
空気清浄機が臭かったので使えなかった。
