割引き適用があって適正価格かな？　良い宿泊施設でした。
Pros:

清潔で立地も便利。駐車場が無料なら更に良いのですが。

Cons:

ウエルカムドリンクとゼリーが冷蔵庫にありましたが、
説明が無いので気がつきませんでした。
コンビニでお茶を買い冷蔵庫を開けて気付き、有料の
水かと思いましたがネット検索で無料のウエルカムドリンクの書き込みがあり、悩む人が多い事を知りました。
折角の心遣いに気付かない高齢者とかもいらっしゃるのでは？

最初の接客以外はとても満足です。
Pros:

夜鳴きそばや、風呂上がりのアイスなどサービスが良くて楽しかった。お部屋も綺麗。

Cons:

到着後、玄関で案内をしていた人の案内が丁寧でなく、初めての利用でスーツケース持って奥に行ってとだけ告げられ、突き当たりまで行ったあと、靴を脱ぐ、荷物はどうやって運ぶのか（スーツケースを引いて歩いていいのか）など説明がなく戸惑った。他の人の動きを見て動いた。チェックイン時のスタッフも鍵を渡すだけで、こちらから初めてなので説明して欲しいと申し出て説明してくれた。そこは気になった。

靴を脱いで、ホテルフロントに上がるのが、清潔感溢れてすごく良かったです。
お部屋もお風呂も最高に快適でした♡

Cons:

窓から見える景色は、少し残念。
また鳩が窓をめがけて飛んでくるので、窓を開けることができなかった。

全てにおいてサービスが充実していた。朝食がメニュー豊富でどれも大変美味しく感動しました。

手続きが自動操作なのは時間短縮で良いのですが、フロントに居られたSTAFFの方々が無表情なのが気になりました。

Pros:

靴を入館時に脱いで、館内はどこも素足やソックスで移動するのは、衛生上も大変良いと思います。いたるところに、省けるところは省いてコスパを上げる工夫が感じられました。

Pros:

ホテルの入口から靴を脱いで、館内は靴下で過ごすことができたので、長い運転後で足の疲れから解放された。
最上階にある大浴場も良かったし、入浴後にアイスを食べながら、ゆっくり漫画を読めて、小学校6年生の息子も満足していました。
室内も清潔感があり、良かったです。

ホテルとは関係無いですが、地図アプリによってはホテルの位置がずれて表示される。ルートイン松江の道路を挟んで反対側にあります。夜に到着したので、分かりにくかったのかも、、、
