Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Guanajuato's historic center. Spacious rooms with big and comfortable beds. Polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast with different options to choose from.

La ubicación ,muchas amenidades, el.desayuno que este si es desayuno y buffete la entrada independente

Pues que el check inn chech out y el dedayuno se hace en otro hotel cruzando no es lejos pero eso de ir y desayunar ahi es fastidioso aveces caminar fuera de la.calle

Que se siente bastante calór aunque tiene ventiladores, una persona que tiene bochornos o es muy calurosa, no se lo recomiendo.. la cama está un poquito dura y realmente por estos motivos no pasé buena noche. Todo lo demás muy bien. La ubicación está perfecta el desayuno rico

La buena ubicación que tenía respecto a todo, en Guanajuato todo es caminando, así que de aquí todo queda cerca

Cons:

Que no tiene estacionamiento, tienes que buscar una posada para tu carro y eso es un gasto más que considerar.
También el check in se hace en otro lugar, eso no lo sabíamos y cuando llegas cansado y tener que solucionar dónde es, puede causar molestia

受付・清掃スタッフの対応がとても親切でした。
系列店にも宿泊しましたが部屋・立地も
こちらの方が低価格なのに良かったです。
ロストバゲージをして荷物受取りで相談した際も
とても対応が良くてありがとうございました。

部屋はとても綺麗て清潔でしたか一階の共有トイレが清掃されていなかったです。

Habitación super ruidosa, enfrente hay un bar, los carros con la música y la basura pasando a las 3 de la mañana y haciendo mucho ruido, y el escándalo de el cuarto de al lado con música a toso volumen las 24 huras. Literal, sin dormir 😴

El desayuno super completo y muy rico, y la ubicación

Cons:

Que no dieron especificaciones de que la recepción era en otro hotel, y al no saber en donde era tuvimos que ir a estacionar el coche bastante lejos, y de ahí regresarnos en taxi. Cuando me comentan que ahí 6 mismo ellos no tienen estacionamiento pero consiguen donde, y el chavo que esta ahí lo lleva al estacionamiento.
