Habitación super ruidosa, enfrente hay un bar, los carros con la música y la basura pasando a las 3 de la mañana y haciendo mucho ruido, y el escándalo de el cuarto de al lado con música a toso volumen las 24 huras. Literal, sin dormir 😴

Very loud area

Que no dieron especificaciones de que la recepción era en otro hotel, y al no saber en donde era tuvimos que ir a estacionar el coche bastante lejos, y de ahí regresarnos en taxi. Cuando me comentan que ahí 6 mismo ellos no tienen estacionamiento pero consiguen donde, y el chavo que esta ahí lo lleva al estacionamiento.

Es difiicil dar con el lugar, y mas si hay mucha gente o dia festivo

Wir hatten Pech mit unserem Zimmer, es hatte zwei Balkons direkt zur Straße. Die ganze Nacht war laute Musik und eine unglaubliche Geräuschkulisse. Selbst mit geschlossenen Türen und Ohrenstöpseln war schlafen unmöglich. Das Bad war winzig, und es gab keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer.

We stayed at Hotel Plata Condessa in Guanajuato for a few nights, drawn by its prime location right in the heart of the city. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the vibrant streets and attractions, which made daytime outings convenient and enjoyable.
Our initial room had a lovely balcony overlooking the street, offering great views of the bustling area. However, this came at a cost – the complete lack of soundproofing turned our nights into a nightmare. The constant noise from traffic, pedestrians laughing and yelling, and general street activity was impossible to ignore. I barely got any sleep the entire first night, leaving me exhausted and frustrated.
I approached the management about the issue, and to their credit, they promptly switched us to another room that was noticeably quieter and away from the main street. This helped somewhat, but unfortunately, new problems arose. I started noticing itchy rashes on my ankles and legs, which I strongly suspect were from bed bugs in the new room. It was uncomfortable and concerning, detracting from what could have been a relaxing stay.
On a positive note, breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice perk. The selection was decent and provided a good start to the day.
While the location and responsive staff are highlights, the noise and potential hygiene issues make it hard to recommend without reservations. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to such problems, you might want to look elsewhere. I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars – potential for better with some improvements.

Que tiene enfrente un antro.

部屋に暖房がなく、冬の宿泊は我慢できないくらい寒かった。また、朝食会場もほぼ屋外と同じ気温のホールだったので寒かった。全体的に寒かった印象しか残らなかった。

No tienen personal ahí, no tienen lobby como tal y tienes que hacer el check in en otro hotel, además mi televisor no servía y el personal no hizo nada al respecto aún cuando les avisé y me comentaron que ya se habían dado cuenta
