The low rate was deceptive, limited handicapped accessibility, and technology that did not work.
Pros:

The best part of the property is that it was three blocks from downtown Nashville. We were able to walk to the Country Music Association Theater. Also, the apartment was decent.

Cons:

The facility was not friendly for customers in a wheelchair. The elevator in the parking garage was behind a locked door and inaccessible without a code. The electronic check-in was a mess. It could not find my reservation because it did not have my last name. Then, once the staff member (who was intermittently available) pulled up my reservation, it would not scan my driver's license. Throughout the stay, the electronic code that was supposed to provide access to parts of the building did not work. Lastly, the range of parking fees was not disclosed. To park for 18 hours cost approximately $75.00. Next time, I will stay at national hotel where I can generally be assured of the costs and available accommodations. Thankfully what we came to Nashville to do was fantastic!This short stay at Sentral SoBro was awful.

Very nice staff. Will not consider staying there again though. Facility was not nice.
Pros:

Needed a real coffee maker, not some small expresso machine. We had to ask several times for refills for the next day.

Cons:

The first room we had was not clean at all. We swapped rooms and it was better. The first room also had no paper towels in the kitchen.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and will stay at this location again
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Hopefully sooner then later. We really liked the location, we walked everywhere. Loved the convenience of the parking garage and did not have to move.

Cons:

We loved everything no disappointment. We had no compliments

There was a terrible smell in the hallway the entire time we were there and we asked multiple times for them to do something about it and it just stayed the same
