Would stay again!
Pros:

Nice apartment and great location

Cons:

Parking situation was not well explained and very confusing at first.

Staff seemed very annoyed as if they were constantly explaining how things worked…. I guess I would be too.

No water pressure!

Great location and room acomodations for someone who like to party until 2am, otherwise expect to be sleep deprived your
Pros:

Close access to Broadway, secure entrance, front staff pleasant, room design and kitchen area were great.

Cons:

Room was close to the pool area, very loud environment despite requesting a quiet room at booking. Noise from guests finally goes away around 2am.

Great location and a value for Nashville
Pros:

The location was the selling point. It is just blocks from Broadway and very close to the university. It is kind of a busy place as they also rent as apartments.

Cons:

I wouldn't really call this a "Luxury" hotel. It was once but the wood on cabinets are worn and look cheap.

Nice and accommodating if you have a pet or service animal and you wanna spread out and being walking distance.
Pros:

We like the location of the property, and since we are traveling with our family dog, options were limited. The deck area was nice with the cabanas and Chase‘s lounge. The apartments were spacious and had all the amenities.

Cons:

What we didn’t like was that the pool was not heated so it looks pretty in the pictures but ice cold. It was nice to have a balcony, but there was no furniture to sit on, but then again the view wasn’t that enticing being in the middle of the city with highways and byways, etc..

Pros:

NINA is a superstar and this chain would be CRAZY not to keep her as long as possible.
I'm having to deal with a scam, there was 15 very rude people behind us; she just multitasked, handled them all in different ways quickly all the while looking after us. The scam was dealt with brilliantly and i wasn't out of pocket more than a few days.

My Stay would be nothing without the piece of mind and help from Nina. Amazing

The instructions to get a room were very difficult and the woman at the front seat was no help and extremely rude

Fine if budget is your only consideration when visiting downtown Nashville.
Pros:

Courteous staff and very close to broadway.

Cons:

Shower was dirty. Lights were flickering in the bathroom when I entered. Wall fixture was missing in the bathroom but mount was there. Couch was dirty.
