Cons:

We initially did not plan to leave a review, but the experience we had on the day of our departure unfortunately changed our minds.

After a three-night stay at your hotel, we were very surprised and disappointed to be refused a simple coffee at 11:05 a.m., just five minutes after the official check-out time, while we were quietly waiting for our Uber in the lobby. What made this even more disappointing is that during our entire stay, we never helped ourselves to the coffee or even the water that was available in the lobby. Refusing us a single coffee at that moment felt unnecessarily strict and lacking basic hospitality and consideration toward departing guests.
In addition, several negative points affected our stay:

A very strong and persistent garbage smell in the corridor leading to our apartment, noticeable for a long distance, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic.

The absence of blackout curtains, causing us to wake up very early with the daylight.

A dirty table and some kitchen utensils upon arrival, which raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

These issues do not reflect the level of comfort and service one would expect.

We hope this feedback will be taken into account to improve the experience for future guests.

Great location. Very close to 6th and Peabody.
Pros:

Loved the location, the size of the unit and how equipped it was in general. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

Lots of noise coming in from the outside. Unfortunately we were woken almost every night by garbage trucks emptying the garbage at around 1am and then drunk residents running the halls around 3am. Not the hotels fault but they might consider better sound proofing in the future.
