Pros:

The modernity and location. It has everything an apartment would have.

Cons:

Needs maintenance and utilities. We asked for extra towels and bedding (for the baby to sleep on floor as they dont have cribs; which is fine by us) but it took them 4 hours and 3 calls , and then they only brought us the bedding sheets but no towels. Fridge was leaking water to the floor.

Great location, limited kitchen.
Pros:

Location and security
Nice to have the pool and pool deck
Toaster worked good.

Cons:

Sparsely provisioned kitchen. A few basic dishes and limited cookware. While there is a mini pod coffee maker, 2 pods is all there was. And pods like that are not easy to find downtown. Solution was instant coffee.
In summary - don’t expect to make a lot of your own food.

Overall good location and large apartment
Pros:

Lovely large apartment with great gym and swimming pool and close walkable location to all attractions

Cons:

A bit tired in places.
We had a problem with the dishwasher and told staff but it never got fixed.

Cons:

We checked at front desk and maids to get towels several days and they said they were out? We used the same towel everyday? The bathroom faucet (not in master) is very loose. I ran out of toilet paper and couldn't get any?

Clean and safe, good for a short stay, but not well stocked with basics and inattentive staff.
Pros:

Great location, close to the conference I attended. I felt safe staying here. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I ran out of several consumables and linens including toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels, and washcloths. I put in two requests for more stuff, one by online portal and another by text, but I never received an answer or got any additional things. The apartment was not stocked with extra supplies like the website said.

It was almost perfect.
Pros:

Location was perfect and the lady the helped was amazing! I think her name was Susan?

Cons:

Didn’t like check in was at 4 and we waited until 5 to check in and room wasn’t ready. Told them we’d take a 1 bedroom instead because our friends couldn’t make it due to an emergency. Susan helped with that and we got settled. Was hoping to talk with someone about getting a better rate but no such luck. 😔

Pros:

Location was nice.

Cons:

There was only one towel per person. There were no washcloths in either the bathroom or kitchen. I found that the building was kind of hard to navigate. The other issue would be that the blinds in the bedroom don’t cover the window enough to block the bright outdoor light from shining onto the part of the bed your head lays.
