Parking extra a bit steep in price

People smoking weed at the pool. Kids very loud in the pool area and eating pizza while in the pool. When we checked in, we were given room that was already occupied, we told front desk and he was very unaccomodating and very slow in getting us a new room.

Really just there towels lol pretty rough but definitely great place

Unfortunately, our stay was far below expectations. There were holes in the doors and walls, stains throughout the carpets, and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. The bed sheets were also too small for the mattress and repeatedly came off while we were sleeping.
The hallways smelled unpleasant and had very little air circulation, making them noticeably hotter than the rooms. The front desk was also frequently unattended when we needed assistance, which made it difficult to get help.
On top of the poor condition of the hotel, parking was extremely expensive despite the garage being largely empty.
The issue with checkout was especially frustrating. We requested a late checkout and were told it was not available. Despite this, we were still charged a late checkout fee. I specifically spoke with the front desk agent about this before we checked out at 10:30 a.m., so the charge was particularly disappointing.
Overall, the condition of the property, lack of service, and unexpected charge made this a very poor experience. We would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.

Never anyone at reception and could take up to 20 minutes for them to arrive after calling

Everything was disgusting, dirty, and had terrible service. Not to mention way overpriced

First and foremost, the email with the code to go from parking to lobby MUST come from Sentral OR it is not helpful. Ours had a general heading which was not clearly from the hotel, so we spent 40 min trying to find code. Ice should not be half a mile away. It melts by time you return. Front desk personnel could use some training in working with the public, who pays them. Bath lab faucet in Rm 606 barely runs. Had to use kitchen instead.
Btw, NO ONE ever answers the main phone number for Sentral. People have questions, you know.

Unit door stuck and it took multiple attempts to open the door every time we entered

I was hoping to enjoy looking out the balcony but come to find that the balcony looked straight into other rooms not far from our room balcony, could not enjoy the balcony

Parking was pricey if you are parking on site but didn’t look at other options so couldn’t compare it to other lots close by.
