Lovely hotel
Pros:

A lovely small hotel in the heart of Athens, in a perfect location for exploring the city on foot. It can be a little noisy in the evening, but nothing too disturbing.

The hotel is stylish, clean and comfortable, and the bed deserves a special mention – honestly, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!

If you’re looking for a luxury hotel with a balcony and views of the Acropolis or the sea, this is probably not the place for you. But if you want a beautiful, comfortable base in a fantastic central location while spending most of your time exploring Athens, it’s an excellent choice.

Definitely deserves a higher rating than it currently has. I would happily stay here again!

Cons:

The only minor issues were the toilet flush and the shower holder, which weren’t working properly. Otherwise, everything was great and the staff were polite.

Great location, but horrible experience becuase of cockroach and dirt!

Location and entrance of the hotel is really nice

Cons:

It was horrible and the worst hotel experience, we killed a giant cockroach in the room!
The small air ventilation in the bathroom was fully covered by thick layer of dust that is why we couldn’t brush our teeth at the sink because we worried clumps of the dust might fall on us… horrible room and hotel to stay. (Attached you can see air ventilation)…

Umut kırıcı bir konaklama
Pros:

Serken checkin için teşekkürler. Ama otel hakkında değerlendirmelerimi değiştirmeyecek. Sadece konum olarak iyi. Sesten rahatsız oluyorsanız o bile kötü. Çünkü karşısında bar var ve geçe 1-2 ye kadar açık. İşlek bir cadde biz 5. Katta kaldık. Oraya bile ses geliyordu.

Cons:

1-oda eski ve bazı yerler temizlenmemiş. Eskimiş yerler vardı. Kırık yerler de vardı.
2- 502-503 numaralı odaların arasında sadece bir kapı var. Duvar yok. Ses yalıtımı Yok. Kendimi güvende hissetmedim.
3- akşam 21:00 dan sonra güvenlik yok. 2. Gece otelde kavga çıktı. Gece polisler geldi. Müdürü arayıp ben haber verdim.otelde başka bir durum olsa kimsenin haberi olmazdı.
3- teras katta yan Orda için ayrılan teras geçiş yeri kapalı değildi. Görseller çektim.
4- otel 4 yıldız bir otel de neye 4 yıldız vermişler anlamadım. Eski havluya mı eski çarşaflarımı? 8.1 sadece konum olmalı başka türlü bu puan bence çok fazla.
5-çok otelde kaldım ama bu kadar booking de puan 8.1 olup puanı hak etmeyen otel görmedim. Bence tamamen yenilenmeye gidilmeli.
6-kat görevlisi sabah 9-10 arası geliyor biz temizlik isteyemedik. Çünkü geç kalkıyorduk oda sonrasında temizlenmedi. 9-10 arasında da biz odadaydık. Temiz havlu istedik o kadar.
7- yataklar rahatsızdı.
8-güvenlik aksaklığı yok demişler ama gene de biz olayın olduğu gece sabaha kadar uyumadık. Tam ne olduğunu bilmiyordum. Çok rahatsız edici bir olaydı.

Umarım kendilerini geliştirirler ve eksikleri giderirler. 8.1 puan diye de yanlış yönlendirme olmaz. Lütfen puan olarak ortalama 4-5 arasını düşünün.

Pros:

Чудове місцерозташування, номер був доволі просторий, відносно чистий, персонал привітний

Cons:

Номер виглядав дуже занедбаним та давно потребуючим ремонту, всюди на скотч приклеєні бумажки з написом, що щось не працює. Труба для душа буквально відвалювався від стіни. Також прикріплено чомусь повідомлення про те, що за плями на рушнику для обличчя буде списана додаткова оплата, не те, щоб я збиралась навмисно їх залишати, але чесно, таке бачу вперше в житті. В номері були присутні косметика для волосся і тіла, але всі продукти майже закінчувались. На кондиціонері впринципі був відсутній дозатор, просто пуста пляшка прибита до стіни. Також, шумоізоляція на вікнах майже відсутня, враховуючи бари внизу, це доволі некомфортно перед раннім перельотом. Ну і головне - вранці не було гарячої води взагалі!

Pros:

מקום מאד מרכזי היינו בקומות הגבוהוהת כך שלא שמענו את הרעש מהפאב ממול
החדרים היו נקיים מאד ומסודרים מאד
בלובי הלנה היתה מאד מאד ידידותית ונעימה מאד

Quiet and cozy location at the very center of Athens
Pros:

Fantastic, yet very quiet location in the center of Athens. Kind and helpful staff. And breakfast served to your room as a rule. Room fully equipped including kettle and coffee machine.

Cons:

There is AC, which was crucial in August but it would be nice to be able to open a window once in a while. Unfortunately the rooms with the so called inner courtyard view don’t have this option.

High expectations, but a disappointing stay
Pros:

The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel comfortable and was always helpful.
The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

We had high expectations, especially because we booked a Junior Suite, but unfortunately our stay was disappointing in many ways. The room was on the first floor, directly above a bar with loud music, which made it very difficult to sleep. We were also right in front of the elevator, adding even more noise.
The suite had a connecting door to another room. Even though it was locked, we expected much more privacy from a suite. The room was advertised as having a view, but being on the first floor, the view was simply of the surrounding buildings.
There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues: no hot water in the evening, no TV remote until the second day, a partially melted hairdryer, an uncomfortable and crooked plastic toilet seat, and even dead flies squashed on the walls.
Overall, the room and experience did not meet the expectations we had for a Junior Suite, and we feel the price and category were not justified.

They are so special and friendly we had so much fun especially with elena , she helped us with every move and she's soo friendly with kids...the breakfast lady with her special smile on the morning..and the other receptionist soo helpful and friendly
