La ubicación.
La habitación no cumplía con la descripción del sitio que habíamos reservado (indicaba que tenía un salón separado y no fue así), las fotos también eran engañosas. En la habitación apenas había sitio para dos personas, era muy muy pequeña, en el baño casi no cabíamos y las instalaciones en sí eran muy deficientes y feas. No nos dejaron toalla de manos. El edificio y recepción también dejaban mucho que desear en cuanto a instalaciones, una decepción por el precio que pagamos, porque no es un sitio nada barato. Para rematar, habíamos elegido este sitio porque indicaba que tenía parking, sin embargo cuando avisamos de que íbamos con coche nos dijeron que no había sitio porque otros huéspedes habían hecho el check-in antes que nosotras y que solo tenían dos huecos (ni siquiera llegamos muy tarde y habíamos avisado).
Personnel agréable et serviable. Chambre au top avec beaucoup de petit « plus » comme des muffins, bouteille d’eau, bouteille de tsikoudia locale. Propreté excellente.
It was quaint and the bed was comfortable.
Good location but hard to locate.
The parking - we explained that we would be coming late and they said you will be able to have a pass for parking if available but they do not have them available for all the rooms that request them and so it is disappointing that even when you explain you need one it are arriving late there is none when you arrive - even though I booked many months ago.
Also there were ants on the table and when I cut open the complimentary mandarins there was ants inside those also.
Booked the suite with hot tub- just fantastic. So relaxing. Lovely location, near the sea, in a quiet courtyard. Friendly staff who made me feel so welcome! Everything very clean, stylish, and cozy. Good value for money.
Not a negative, but just a "you should know" point, that at least the Eros suite I stayed in isn't really very private- people from the surrounding hotel & houses can (and do) see straight into your little garden/ hot tub. Again, it wasn't a problem for me, but if you are looking for something very private, maybe there's different suites in this property that will fit your needs better.

Camera molto spaziosa e con molti confort
Everything, wish we'd discovered it a few days ago! Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely come back with our family next year. Bubble bath was an unexpected bonus, as was the chocolate cake and instant coffee. Such a comfy bed too.
Brown towels were scratchy, tv wouldn't connect to nextflix or Disney. Otherwise absolutely perfect 👌
