The placement of the hotel in front of the beach. In winter time it was ok regarding the noise I don't know how it will be in summer months with the coffee shop underneath. The room and bathroom very nicely decorated.
The breakfast was completely disappointing. No local products, only the worst quality of ham and cheese, no variety. It is the first time that I saw this: outside customers more important than the hotel residents. Personnel was running in panic to accommodate the needs of the guests of cafeteria and we felt as guests of the hotel that we were bothering them. Surprisingly the personnel of asiatic origin were more helpful and kind than the local ones.
There was no spa and the people in the reception said that the hotel is brand new thus no services but on the door mats it was written 2022...
Everything was excellent at this hotel. Location, breakfast, parking area. Clean room, comfy bed. Staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel
I particularly enjoyed the enthusiasm of the support staff. They were always with a smile, courteous and respectful. A particular mention to “Al” (not quite sure of the spelling), great to speak with and a very hard worker. From helping guests to maintain property cleanliness, he is an added value to the hotel. Great job Al, nice meeting you.
Also, the front desk staff was awesome!
Unfortunately, some of the breakfast waitresses did not seem to enjoy their work or interacting with guests. Two ladies, never smiled (I never saw them smile), seemed very “robotic” and made guests feel awkward when asking for something. I mention this because to start your day with such attitude is not pleasant.

Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό με αληθινό χαμόγελο και ευγένεια και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου και ο χώρος στάθμευσης είναι πολύ θετικά για κάθε επισκέπτη. Το πρωινό ala karte είναι αποδεκτό και ο μπουφές πρωινού είναι λιτός. Το δωμάτιο είναι καθαρό και με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις.
Χρειάζεται να γίνει προσπάθεια από όλους (διαμένοντες, προσωπικό ορόφων κλπ) για να τηρηθεί η ησυχία του χώρου και των δωματίων, διότι η εξωτερική ηχομόνωση είναι τέλεια σε αντίθεση με την εσωτερική που κρίνεται απλώς επαρκής.
