The room (and the building) are quite old - the room needs a capital renovation, especially the bathroom (it had a very unpleasant smell, which penetrated the room as well).
No mosquito screens on the windows and door to the balcony.
The balcony is tiny and dirty - it was only the natural dirt there, but it was dirt and it must be cleaned: the floor, the chairs, the table ...

Breakfast was rather dull - the meals were good, but selection was very small.

Someone wrote previously about the high prices in the restaurant (in the evening) - I can agree, the meals and especially wines (very average quality) are quite expensive here.

My opinion - I have paid too much for the service and qualities of this hotel (nigh for 624 RON = ~ 130 EUR for a family with 2 children), compared to what I had for almost same money in Hungary and Austria.

Faptul că în camera nu este halat de baie și papuci, fiind nevoit să cobori la recepție sa întrebi, și să ți sa ofere halate contra 15 lei de persoană, fără bon bineînțeles....

Nu e cazul!

Room was not cleaned well, the carpet was sticky , no kattle to prepare tea in the room unless you go to request hot water from the front desk and then they charge you for the tea bags. Same ones that they offer freely at breakfast ... A small minibar so cooling big bottles of water was impossible . No way to take a standing shower without water getting out ti the floor and overflowing . Worst thing was that the hotel was hosting a wedding at one of the evenings without notifying us as guests not related to the party, which was very loud and lasted late into the night , also made several facilities unavailable like the hot tub and the pool table . If we knew in advance we would have either stayed late in the evening in Brasov or shorten our stay at the hotel. When we complained to the front desk, they just said that the event will be over soon , but it still took a couple of hours to end , and they offered no solution or compensation for our inconvenience .

The room description did not matched the rooms that we had. 2 separate bedrooms, 1 living room and garden view = did not existed. We had a loft apartment, with very steep stairs, open rooms, no privacy and no livingroom area (not at least as most of the places described like this has) and a view over the carpark. Those stairs up the room and in the apartment with a toddler were9 a nightmare. We had a short stay but i would like to return for a better experience.

The staff has to be more knowledgeable about the hiking trails around the property or at least the roads around it or lift chairs options, as that's why you're going to the location, for the nature.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, sauf le fait que le jacuzzi soit installé sous les balcons des chambres, et ouvert jusqu'à 22 heures, quand les clients sont bruyants, c'est désagréable. Nous avons malencontreusement cassé les deux verres du mini bar en nous installant dans la chambre et descendu ces verres à la réception pour éviter que quelqu'un se blesse, Au check out, on nous a facturé 10 euros pour ces deux verres à eau, après un séjour de 3 nuits, deux repas pris au restaurant, pas de service en chambre demandé de notre part, nous avons trouvé cette attitude très peu commerciale.
