An amazing diamond in the forest
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great and the view is amazing. The jacuzzi in the open area was great. Daily the housekeeping was entering in the room to change towels and tidy the room. The breakfast had a decent variety of food to choose daily. The staff and manager were very kind and willing to help us with anything we needed.

Cons:

In the 5 nights we stayed at the hotel, our sheets were never changed. 2 days we had a la carte breakfast and the employee couldn't understand in English what exactly we wanted. So instead of asking us again to be sure what we needed, both times, he brought us a large variety of food—which wasn't necessary—but not the things we actually wanted.

תתרחקו מהמלון הזה כמו מאש

אנחנו שני זוגות שכבר חצו את גיל השישים מזמן עם שתי נשים נכות 100% ועם מאות ביקורים במלונות שונים בעולם. היחס הבוטה והמשפיל עד כדי התעמרות במלון הזה בפרט ע"י ההנהלה לא חווינו בשום מקום אחר.
מנהל המלון וצוות הקבלה אגרסיבי ולא שרותי.
מנהל המלון מעדיף לשקר ולא לתת פיתרונות.
הביוב עם צואה יוצא מהפתחים בשרותים וריח ביוב חזק נמצא קבוע בתוך החדר. איש צוות אמר לנו שקבוע יש בעיות עם זה בחדרים.
לצערנו לא קיבלנו עזרה מבוקינג. לאחר שהכסף עבור ההזמנה שולם. לבוקינג אין אפשרות להחזיר את הכסף, גם אם הם מצדיקים אתכם. ההחזר הכספי נתון להחלטתו הבלעדית  של מנהל המלון, שכמובן סירב להחזיר את כספנו ולאפשר לנו לחפש מלון אחר, ולא הסכים להחליף את החדר עם הביוב שיצא מפתח הניקוז מה שאילץ את אחד הזוגות לעבור למלון אחר ללילה בשעה 23:15, וכמובן אף אחד לא פיצה אותם על העלות הנוספת.
ישיבה במרפסת לא הייתה נעימה, שוב בגלל גלים של ריח ביוב שעולה ממערכת הביוב מחוץ לבניין.
המיטות לא נוחות ותזוזה בצד אחד של המיטה מורגשת מייד בצד השני, וראש המיטה חורק כשנשענים עליו. רגלי המיטות מתפרקים והמיטה חורקת.
תחזוקת המלון במצב גרוע.
המעקה במרפסת מסוכן כי העץ חשוף ומשופשף וסיבי עץ יכולים להיכנס ליד כשנשענים עליו.
בלילה יש רעש של מנוע מחוץ לבניין המפריע לישון.
קחו בחשבון שגם אם אתם מזמינים מראש ומבקשים קומה נמוכה , כי אין מעלית, יש אפשרות שתקבלו קומה גבוהה עם הרבה מדרגות ואין מי שיקח לכם את המזוודות.
מים חמים לרחצה ניתן לקבל רק לאחר הזרמה ממושכת של המים, בפרט בבוקר עד 20 דקות..
בחדר האוכל יש מיכל מיץ אשר הטעם של המיץ מקולקל והדבר אינו מפליא כי נראה שלא ניקו את המיכל כבר חודשים רבים. לפחות בימים שאנחנו היינו המיץ לא הוחלף והמיכל לא נוקה.
ארוחת הבוקר לא מתחלפת ונשארת אותו הדבר.
המראה של הג'קוזי בתמונת הפרסום של המלון וגם הנושא את שמו, מרהיב ומתעתע, אך בפועל מדובר בג'קוזי זוגי קטן. ניתן להיות בג'יקוזי רק שעה אחת ביום לזוג וגם זה בהזמנה מראש של השעה המבוקשת.
ראו הוזהרתם לא להתקרב למלון הזה!!!.
אנחנו מקווים שיהיה מישהו מההנהלה הבכירה של המלון שיקח ברצינות את מה שכתבנו.
