This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a four story building with stair access. The elevator is available for ADA use only. There is no cable, daily housekeeping, oven, or stove. You will be on a busy street and located above a restaurant with late night noise. Earplugs and a white noise machine are provided.

Great location.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Very sterile. Room lacking some basics. No elevator and having to carry luggage up 4 steep flights. Having to pay extra to check in even a little early. No extra blankets.

Bien ubicada, limpia y bonita.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que me mandaran las instrucciones de cómo entrar al departamento en la aplicación de booking, ya que cuando llegue a hacer el check in, aún no me habían mandado los códigos de acceso y tuve que comunicarme vía telefónica a servicio al cliente, los cuales me dijeron que tenía que meterme a otra página de internet para acceder a la información desde ahí.

Sauberes und akzeptabel eingerichtetes Zimmer in guter Lage - mit Abstrichen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet, die Einrichtung hat einen hohen Standard. Check in war online problemlos. Die Lage ist zentral im schönen alten Viertel Back Bay. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Ich hatte mit einer Schlafcouch gerechnet. Stattdessen gab es nur zwei Sessel. Ich bin sicher, dass in der ersten Bebilderung zu der Zeit, wo ich gebucht hatte, eine Couch zu sehen war. Später wurde dies geändert. Es gab nachts bis ca 4 Uhr Reinigungs- und Wirtschaftsgeräusche aus der Gaststätte, die sich unterhalb befindet. Morgens wummerte dort die Musik.

סך הכל נהננו מאוד, הדירה היתה מרווחת, נקייה ומאובזרת. המיקום מדהים, על רחוב הקניות המרכזי, מספר דקות מהפארק, מבחר מסעדות מסביב.

Cons:

לא שמנו לב שאין מעלית! היינו קומה רביעית. זה לא היה נורא אבל בהחלט חשוב לשים לב

Great location and facilities

Cons:

Not aware that its on the 4th floor, with no elevator, a bit of a challenge with heavy suitcase. Also we paid for early check in, but arrived about an hour earlier than expected. the room was all ready for us, but we could gain access with out paying an addition early check in fee of $10

Excelente ubicación en Boston
Pros:

La ubicación es EXCELENTE, en una de las mejores zonas de Boston. Con comercio y muchas opciones de restaurantes durante el dia y tranquila por la noche.

Cons:

Que no haya ascensor. Mover equipaje pesado por las escaleras no es cómodo. Al final solo tienes que hacerlo al llegar y salir , pero para familias con niños pequeños, personas con dificultad de movilidad, puede ser un hándicap.
El sofá cama es grande, pero no muy cómodo para adultos.

We loved our stay on Newbury street. Apartment was fabulous. Comfortable bed , great facilities.
Pros:

Our apartment was great. We had everything we needed to make our stay stress free.
Location was perfect.
Easy access in . Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

There was people living above who where letting their children run around banging at 10.45 at night which was very annoying due to the floors being wooden!

Fourth Floor without elevator, accommodation that couldn‘t the number of people it was booked for. No whatsoever customer service, just a useless hotline. Had to find another place in the middle of the night. Photos didn‘t match the athmosphere of the actual place (where much nicer)

Great property, unfortunately shares a wall with fast food joint
Pros:

Access was easy, bathroom was massive, kitchenette was a good size with a range of appliances and the sitting area was comfy.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off while we stayed due to the shake shack that shares the building. Out of anyone's control but still an annoying reason to stand in the rain for 15 minutes.

Convenient

Cons:

Sofa bad is uncomfortable. You can feel the wire while sleeping on it. My kids couldn’t sleep at all. We booked for 4 nights & they suffered every night. We asked for more blankets to put on the sofa bed but it never came. Also, no one at the site to fix the problem. It’s always next day they will bring it but it never came. It is unacceptable.

AWESOME! I loved it, I would love to come back and stay here in Boston.
Pros:

Everything was PERFECT! The room (which is actually an AMAZING studio) was great. Very nice, very comfortable, close to two subway stations (about a 10-minute walk) and in a great area. There are many shops, boutiques, and restaurants nearby. I loved it. I give it a 10/10. If I fly to Boston, I would love to stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing I think could be improved is that there was no safe, which was a bit inconvenient because I had my work computer with me, but fortunately nothing happened.
