Pros:

Breakfast was great, the room was quite big, much bigger than usual city hotel room size. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

We got some food ordered for dinner, which was delicious but took too long a time to deliver.

Stay at Sulit Whitefield
Pros:

The rooms were clean and decent breakfast was provided too. No concerns on the stay at all. The front end staff during the check-in time (25th night was courteous and the cleaning staff was top notch

Cons:

It was communicated to me earlier that extra bed costs 1000 rupees. However, on the check in day it was noted to be 750 + gst and then on the checkout day, it was noted as 1500 + gst per day which I felt to be very costly. I'd two small children and didn't want a 2nd room to keep them separately. However, it appears to me that the hotel wanted to treat them as separate by offering an extra bed at the cost of 1575/- per day.

The check out day (27th) front end staff was not courteous unlike the other staff. They just casually said its a mistake from check-in time and extra bed price had increased. It didn't appear to be a professional way of handling to me.

A simple, but really comfortable stay in Whitefield

Exceptional 15-Day Stay with Impeccable Service
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 15 days and had an amazing experience throughout. The housekeeping service was top quality—rooms were always spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely top-notch, easily one of the best I’ve ever had in any hotel. The reception staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, a highly satisfying and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Too much professional staff, very polite and helpful, buffet has good amount of variety, also rooms are clean and quality of the amenities is upto the mark. I have always preferred to stay here for my business trips, I would also recommend this hotel to my fellow colleagues.

Great property to stay in Whitefield/ITPL
Pros:

Stayed at the property for 5 night and 6 days and it was a business purpose visit. The stay was comfortable and the location was perfect. Very good service from Baina, Pawan, Jagan, Prakash and Abhilash. Breakfast was good and had decent options from both South and North. The rooms are very spacious and definitely worth the price. No complaints and would surely recommend this property.
