Travelling with family, especially with an elderly member, often comes with added responsibilities and concerns. However, my stay at this hotel was truly relaxing and worry-free. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and quick to respond whenever assistance was needed. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made our experience remarkably comfortable. All the Staff members wherever exceptional and very helpful.
Specifically Jafar at the reception, very professional and attentive.

Cons:

All was good, accommodation staff and location.
Only thing needs a little improvement is Wi-Fi which is very poor in the rooms.

Convenient though falls short of expected luxury.
Pros:

The location was excellent in respect of Dorga Ziarat as well as the up-end shopping malls. The breakfast was decent. Could add corn flakes & milk as well as pancakes for children appetite.

Cons:

Bathroom door opening directly across the bed, service people along with their trolleys using the guest lifts and use of loud speakers in the vicinity perhaps for waz mahfil.
