Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön im Wald.

Cons:

Wir haben nach einer Woche des Reisens eine Nacht im Vista Spa Resort gebucht. Ausschlaggebend für die Buchung war das SPA-Angebot, das auf Booking.com sehr prominent beworben wird.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Nutzung des SPA zusätzlich 60 EUR pro Person für lediglich 3 Stunden kostet – nicht einmal für den ganzen Tag (wir sind eine Gruppe von vier Personen). Dieses aus unserer Sicht sehr ungewöhnliche Vorgehen war bereits enttäuschend, dennoch wollten wir das SPA buchen.

Anschließend wurde uns jedoch gesagt, dass das SPA bereits ausgebucht sei. Laut Aussage des Hotels stehen nur 13 SPA-Plätze für insgesamt 38 Hotelgäste zur Verfügung. Außerdem können auch externe das SPA buchen.

Wir empfinden dieses Vorgehen als irreführend und kundenunfreundlich. Ein Betrieb, der mit einem SPA wirbt, dieses aber nur stark eingeschränkt und gegen hohe Zusatzkosten anbietet, handelt aus unserer Sicht nicht transparent und verletzt grundlegende Erwartungen an Fairness und Service.

Wunderschönes atmosphärisches Hotel mit nettem Personal, aber vom Zimmerkomfort her Luft nach oben

Die ruhige Lage, die Gesamtausstattung, Spa-Bereich, Frühstück

Cons:

Hauptsächlich das Bett (Doppelbett war 2 zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten), Duschen in der Badewanne (Duschkopf hatte zudem keine Halterung)

Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist zwar hochpreisig, aber man sollte es keineswegs entgehen lassen.

Das Frühstück könnte besser sein, aber es war vollkommen ausreichend.
