While the hotel has some positive aspects, we do not recommend it to our friends.
Pros:

Overall, we are not sure how this hotel can be rated as a 5-star property; in our opinion, it corresponds more to a 3-star level.

Let us start with the positive aspects.

Good location – not far from the airport and the center of Kayseri, with ski slopes nearby and a beautiful mountain environment.

Convenient ski room with heated lockers for equipment. Excellent ski and snowboard instructors – very professional and helpful.

Great spa specialists in the spa area, and a swimming pool with an outdoor section which is very enjoyable if it's warm of course.

Good food with a decent variety.

Friendly staff who genuinely try to do their best and assist guests.

Cons:

However, there are several issues mainly related to the condition and maintenance of the building.

The building is not new, and many areas appear quite worn and heavily used.

Cleanliness is a major concern: many common areas, rooms, curtains, floors, and even the carpets in the corridors are visibly dirty. Dust accumulates on surfaces above about 1.65 meters, indicating that these areas are largely neglected during cleaning.

Although the spa area and staff are good, the water in the swimming pool is quite cold. It is stated to be +29°C, but it felt closer to +23°C at most. The children’s pool was also cold, even though the main pool was supposed to be warmer.

There are two saunas, but usually only one works, and it is not available all day. You need to ask the staff to turn it on and then wait almost an hour for it to heat up. The steam room was not functioning most of the time during the two weeks we stayed. The hammam area is available only for spa treatments, although the spa specialists are excellent.

The kids’ club is very nice, but it is cold and smells strongly of smoke because there is an exit nearby that is used as a smoking area.

Best location in the resort, fantastic staff and amazing buffet
Pros:

Amazing staff, incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Pool is great and so nice to have both indoor and outdoor pools in winter.

Ski-in and out location is perfect and ski room is well organised with heated lockers and ski rental right next to it inside the hotel.

Quality and variety of the buffet was amazing.

Cons:

Rooms are quite basic and hallways are slightly dated.

Best ski hotel I've stayed in, amazing location, excellent service, best buffets anywhere.
Pros:

Perfect location on the ski slopes. Definitely 5* quality hotel. Service attentive. The buffets superb. The spa and lounge areas top notch. The ski centre excellent (but costs more than renting elsewhere). Definitely coming back.

Cons:

The hotel is VERY warm. Turkish hotels are like this in winters. I could turn off radiators in the room was which good. I am light sensitive, and the many electronic devices in the room made it hard to sleep. The duvet and pillows are low qualify. The toiletries not high quality. Everything else about hotel was perfect.

Lovely ski in/ski out hotel for a relaxing holiday with amazing staff and delicious food
Pros:

The staff of the hotel is excellent !! Elif and Tolga from concierge services were so kind and helpful, as were all the staff in the restaurants and the ski rental and housekeeping. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had whatever we needed. The food was excellent and abundant for all three meals and tea-time. The massage — especially the anti-stress massage — is highly recommended. and indoor/outdoor pool for relaxing after skiing. Ski in/ski out with large lockers for the ski gear, billiards, ping pong and comfortable lounge area made it a perfect holiday. We will recommend it to everyone !! And we hope to come back. Also, the concierge system was so well run — any small problems were dealt with right away.

Cons:

Bad smell from the plumbing in one of the rooms. The shower supplies could be improved. The bottle marked conditioner was not even conditioner, but they came and changed it right away. I say this only to suggest improvement for the future.

Впечатления остались средними, ценник к сожалению не соответсвует категории отеля.
Pros:

Единственное , что понравилось то это ресторан и кухня. Действительно большой и разнообразный выбор закусок и блюд включая местный алкоголь в период посещения ресторана (завтрак, обед, ужин). На завтрак горячая выпечка, большой выбор сыров , турецких закусок... Интернет работал, были русскоязычные ТВ каналы. Отель действительно расположен рядом с подъемниками, но трассы которые тут расположены достаточны крутые для начинающих и при сильном ветре они не работают, но есть возможность воспользоваться "шатлом" и переехать в другое место катания.

Cons:

В номере реально воняло кухней!!!! Меня поселили на последнем этаже на котором невозможно было спать. При ветре гремела кровля и был очень громкий шум от дождя. Для чая в номере на двоих лежал четыре дня всего один пакет чая..., при вьезде не было ни одной бутылки обычной питьевой воды.Несмотря на пять звезд крайне небрежная отделка в номере, отслоение покрытия от ДСП на косяках дверей, вздутости на ламинате, грубо торчащие трубы из стены в районе полотенцесушителя, отсутствие зубных щеток, нет одноразовых шампуней и жидкого мыла, вместо них залитые в диспенсеры непонятные жидкости типа шампунь, гель для душа и т.д. Ежедневная уборка не производиться, не говоря про смену постельного белья и полотенец, пол в душевой кабине как следует не моется. Не смотря на просьбу заменить халат на большей размер, она так и осталась без внимания. Уборка в номере была произведена после неоднократных обращений к администрации отеля. В бассейне термометр показывал +29 град. при этом вода каждый день была все холоднее и холоднее, так-же при его посещении вам предложат всего одно полотенце, которым вы будете и вытираться, и лежать на нем, и еще брать в сауну. В сауне были сломаны полки для сиденья, турецкая баня вообще не работала( пар был, но про тепло забыли!!!). В коридорах на полу какие то не понятные пятна в большом количестве, которые обслуживающий персонал постоянно трет. При выезде была попытка выставить дополнительный счет за лунж бар, которым вообще не пользовались, разборки заняли 40 мин (будьте внимательны при выезде), а то можно опоздать в аэропорт.

Pros:

Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Vorallem die Gästebetreuung (Göksu Hanim, Beytullah Bey) haben sich 24h um uns gekümmert. Auch über Whatsapp ständig erreichbar gewesen 🙏
Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Miniclub für Kinder.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Piste. Zu den anderen Pisten gibt es auch ein Shuttle Service. Man kann die komplette Ski Ausstattung im Ski Raum buchen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Der Ski Pass ist bei der Buchung inklusive.
Das Essen ist unglaublich gut, sehr vielfältig und auch viele regionale Gerichte.
Der Spa Bereich ist sehr groß und schön. Es gibt auch einen gut ausgestatteten Fitness Raum.
Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal. Vielen Dank an das Megasaray Team 🙏
