Property in excellent position for all Newquay has to offer. Rooms ok, no bedside light, excellent bathroom, shower. Breakfast adequate. Limited fresh fruit. Parking very good and free. Staff ok bar one.

Clean room. Nice size shower. Nice breakfast. Good selection in restaurant.
Water pressure in shower and toilet flush not good. Warm water out of cold tap.

The stay was comfortable but I personally found the bed too soft and I didn't have a great night sleep but that's a personal preference. Service was great our breakfast waitress was so lovely and helpful.

Great hotel in the middle of Newquay. Surrounded by bars, shops and eateries. Took my dog with me who was made very welcome. Great breakfast and plenty of parking. Have stayed many times and will do again in the future. Many thanks to all.

First time I visited this property. The hotel was of good standard and offered a good value for money. I would visit again.

Very nice stay. Room bright and airy compared to another hotel on same room. Clean but bit dated.sad to hear that this is being demolished along with other properties on that road. Would of used again

The property is slightly outdated but staff tries to keep it in a good condition. My only issue with the room was water pressure in a shower, it was non existent. It was a real challenge to wash all the sand off. The breakfast lady is great, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The reception staff rather distant and hard to find. Property has a great location and has its own parking which helps as the town has almost no parking spaces. It is also super close to the beach.

Down in Newquay for the bank holiday with friends on motorcycles. Twin room. I found the bed comfortable and the whole place was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower was a bit small for me (6’ 2” and 15 stone) but adequate. Food and drink was excellent. Would definitely use again.

Not a bad little place staff

Firstly, all the staff were really friendly and very helpful, cannot fault them!
However, the room was very warm, possibly i think due to it being above the kitchen? Opening the window obviously then meant we could hear traffic, not the end of the world, we knew it was on the side of the road, but what we weren't prepared for, especially on a Sunday evening, was listening to everyone in Weatherspoons across the road til gone midnight! We gave in and shut the windows but made for a very warm night. The water pressure in the shower was very low, and the lid on the kettle wouldn't stay shut.
That said, the room was clean, comfy and simply decorated.
Would we stay again? Possibly, but would definitely request a bedroom at thd rear of the building and not roadside.
