Liegt günstig am Flughafen. Neues Hotel. Lobby mit Essen sehr schön und Essen gut.
Unterkunft war nicht sauber, die Toilette war nicht gereinigt. Noch Spuren vom Vorgänger.
Absolutely shocking experience. The hotel had overbooked by nine rooms and didn’t inform us until 11 pm, just as we were trying to check in. The communication was appalling, and the way we were treated as customers was completely unacceptable. Leaving guests to deal with a situation like this so late at night shows a complete lack of consideration and professionalism. We will never stay here again and would strongly recommend that others avoid this hotel. A truly disgraceful experience and a complete failure of customer service.
They didn’t have the room we reserved, nor the ability/capacity to give us a room elsewhere so we had to share amongst colleagues…
I didn’t like that we had to haul our shopping/luggage out in multiple trips as there wasn’t any carts available due to them being kept in rooms by other people. That’s carts should have some sort of air tags so ppl can’t keep them in their rooms until they’re ready to checkout
My breakfast was beautifully plated and tasted wonderful. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
Rooms very clean and the bed very comfortable.
There was no place to really sit comfortably outside. The hotel is in a very industrial area and it would be great if there was even a small garden to enjoy the summer weather. I was not going into the city as I had to be ready for a delayed flight.
Breakfast was delicious. Service was somewhat slow.

Hotel was clean.
The staff couldn't find us a cart, so it was "very nice" having to move a fully loaded car from the parking lot to our room a couple of bags at a time. The front desk and bellhop also seemed to have some prior disagreement, as they exchanged some tense words when we asked for help. To top it off, breakfast was free - pero no mucho. I paid for a room with breakfast included, but the front desk insisted it wasn't on my reservation. After a frustrating back-and-forth, they finally gave us breakfast vouchers, which, by the way, don't even cover the full bill. It's a $20 voucher, yet literally every item on the menu costs more than $20.

No me gustó que a las 9:30 se quejaron por tener la música con el teléfono puesta y era mi cumpleaños y era una música moderada solo en el teléfono y vino el de seguridad a pedirme que bajara la música
