Public Humiliation & Eviction by Management
Pros:

I was publicly and repetitively enforced to vacate the Café and hotel by the Restaurant Supervisor, an action which the Director of Food & Beverage then supported. There was no justified reason provided for this treatment.

The manner of the eviction was deeply humiliating, conducted in a way to maximize embarrassment in front of other guests. This is a complete betrayal of the basic courtesy, dignity, and respect anyone should expect in a hospitality setting.

I have never felt so demeaned as a guest. This was not about service; it was an exercise of power that ruined my weekend. Management's endorsement of this behaviour tells you all you need to know about their values.
