Bright and Comfortable Stay in a Perfect Location
Pros:

The location is excellent, very central and close to everything in Ortigia. The apartment was clean, bright, and well maintained. The balcony and the natural light made the stay very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the space felt safe and quiet. Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay for 6 nights.

Love the location and room in general was very good.

Cons:

Found someones long black hair in my bed, which was 👎. Galsses had a detergent residue, not washed well. Blinds were broken, so we had to improvise with curtains.

Posizione ottima e centrale, fermata del bus appena si esce dal portone , stanza grande ,ben illuminata, dotata di tutti i comfort . Personale gentilissimo pronto a risolvere qualsiasi cosa . E nonostante sia nella via principale di Ortigia , si riesce a dormire tranquillamente,nessun rumore .

Appartamento gradevole e confortevole. Alcuni dettagli da migliorare.

Buona posizione in città. Appartamento ben arredato, gradevole e confortevole. Ottima insonorizzazione.

Cons:

Staff non pervenuto (mai visto).
Porta di accesso all'appartamento cigolante (dategli un po' di olio così non sveglia il resto del palazzo quando la si apre).
Pulizia: la seduta del water in bagno è da cambiare ("ingiallita" perchè evidentemente per lungo tempo non pulita correttamente). Angoli della doccia con residui neri (scarsa pulizia). Soffione della doccia completamnte incrostato dal calcare.
