Estadia muy agradable, podria mejorar el servicio.
Pros:

Muy comoda en sus dimensiones, casi todo impecable y nuevo, salvo algunos detalles.

Cons:

Lavatorio muy incomodo, imposible de usar a pesar de haber espacio de sobra. Falta un espejo. La administracion no respondio mi pedido de reserva de taxi.

A very comfortable and well-located place to stay, with cozy balconies and everything needed for a relaxing city break 💙
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was easy to find, everything was clear and well organized from the beginning 👍. The location is very convenient — almost in the city center, making it easy to explore Syracuse on foot 🚶‍♀️✨.

The apartment was very comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the small kitchen had everything needed to prepare breakfast 🍳☕. We especially liked having two balconies — one facing the sunnier southern side ☀️ and the other on the cooler northern side 🌬️, which was a really nice touch.

Overall, everything felt very comfortable and pleasant, and we honestly cannot say anything bad about this place 💙.

Cons:

Honestly, we didn’t notice any significant downsides during our stay.

Great location and amazing shower. Easy to get around Ortigia and Siracusa from here.

Cons:

We didn't have daily maid service, so a brush and dustpan would have been good. Please consider a mirror in the main room too.

À très bien placé, magnifique appartement

Cons:

Lorsque nous arrivons, nous sommes un peu surpris par la cage d'escalier et l'ascenseur plutôt vétuste, mais lorsque nous atteignons le couloir où se situe l'appartement tout change : C'est refait à neuf et avec goût
Il serait bien qu'il y ait un balai, et une raclette pour pouvoir nettoyer la douche

A limpeza do banheiro. O vaso estava sujo na parte de cima por dentro. A faxina não é minuciosa.

A minha reserva foi cancelada e nao foi dado um alerta, apenas um email no Booking.... O que convenhamos nao é muito qdo um cliente esta no meio de uma longa viagem. Eles tinham o meu email, e meu telefone. Poderiam ter usado outro meio para se comunicarem, varios hoteis fizeram isso.
Foi horrivel chegar em Siracusa as 11 horas da noite e nao ter onde ficar.

Estadía mágica en Ortigia 10/10!!!
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica! El departamento es muy lindo: amplio, luminoso y confortable. Encontramos todo muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda y el baño súper espacioso. Tiene varios balcones y siendo que daba a la calle no es para nada ruidoso. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café y el self check in fue muy sencillo. Volveremos!!!
