It was tough to leave this beautiful efficiency. I’m pretty sure I’ll be back.
Pros:

Supremely comfortable, immaculately clean, and a fantastic location.

Cons:

There was very little not to like. I would’ve appreciated an extra garbage bag for the recycle bin and an extra roll of toilet paper, but neither issues were insurmountable.

Very centrally located in Ortigia near Piazza
Del Duomo. Elevator was a welcome benefit. Very modern room- spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Company was communicative and responded promptly - excellent value for the stay.

Cons:

The appartment had a strange smell to it. Almost like a sewer smell which I could see was covered by aromatic cleaning products. Would dissipate once the windows were opened …

Misleading presentation of the apartment, overpriced for the reality. Asked staff for help on a couple of occasions, but

Cons:

Looked great but was very tired and poorly maintained, broken and damaged pans, cupboard doors not closing and catching on other cupboards, hole in the wall by the front door, hot water ran brown at times and basin kept blocking. Although the exterior and interior of the apartment looked good from a distance, it was poor close up. The rest of the building is in poor repair with a very old and precarious lift.
