Pros:

Love the location and room in general was very good.

Cons:

Found someones long black hair in my bed, which was 👎. Galsses had a detergent residue, not washed well. Blinds were broken, so we had to improvise with curtains.

Pros:

Posizione ottima e centrale, fermata del bus appena si esce dal portone , stanza grande ,ben illuminata, dotata di tutti i comfort . Personale gentilissimo pronto a risolvere qualsiasi cosa . E nonostante sia nella via principale di Ortigia , si riesce a dormire tranquillamente,nessun rumore .

Buona posizione in città. Appartamento ben arredato, gradevole e confortevole. Ottima insonorizzazione.

Cons:

Staff non pervenuto (mai visto).
Porta di accesso all'appartamento cigolante (dategli un po' di olio così non sveglia il resto del palazzo quando la si apre).
Pulizia: la seduta del water in bagno è da cambiare ("ingiallita" perchè evidentemente per lungo tempo non pulita correttamente). Angoli della doccia con residui neri (scarsa pulizia). Soffione della doccia completamnte incrostato dal calcare.

Cons:

The balconies are too small to get more than 1 person on really. We needed more hangers in the wardrobe.

Wi-Fi環境を除けば★×5クラス(少し褒め過ぎ!?)
Pros:

①オルティージャ島内の観光はほぼ全て徒歩圏内とはいえ、その中心に位置しており、且つバス停にも近い。
②室内灯のスイッチや電源プラグが多個所にあり便利。
③クローゼット内のハンガーの数も多数あり。
④エアコンディショナーの効きも非常に良かった。
⑤自炊施設も整っているが、自炊するしないに関わらずオススメする！
⑥エレベーターが非常にクラシカルだが、それが却って室内とのギャップにもなり、面白みがある。

Cons:

①Wi-Fi環境はとても脆弱。一度繋がってもすぐ切れてしまうことが頻繁に起こる。この点は是非改善すべき！！
②室外の廊下、および室内の客室と浴室に段差があるが、建物の構造上、改修はできないと思うが、添付の写真のように、1段だけでもカラーリングすれば高齢者や障害をお持ちの方々等が、足を踏み外してしまうリスクを回避出来ると思う。

Very clean and comfortable room in a phenomenal location. Highly recommend.

Cons:

N/A, we do recommend adding grip tape to the bottom step of the shower as the tiles get very slippery and become a fall hazard when wet.
