An awesome stay in the middle of Chania. A place to come back to in the future.
Pros:

Friendliness of the staff, the welcoming into the hotel and they made sure we were very confortable.
The staff that worked at the bar was also very nice and made sure everything was perfect.
The Gyros Steak is also something you should try at least once, as it is delicious.
The bedroom is also perfect and very cosy, the mattress is actually very good and allows for a great night sleep. The hotel is also in the middle of Chania with everything you need near by.

Cons:

As a suggestion, please create a "lost and found", in case guests forget any belongings in the room after checkout.

Great place, food and location. I'll come back again.

Other than the suggestion of creating a lost and found in case guests forget any belongings, I didn't find any downside to the hotel and would go back again.

Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν φανταστικό και ήταν ευγενέστατοι. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει πολύ όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα και φωτισμό, αν και περίμενα το μπαλκόνι μας λίγο μεγαλύτερο με θέα την πλατεία αλλά ήταν όλα φανταστικά 🤩

Cons:

Δεν θέλω να κάνω κακία κριτική αλλά έχουμε βρεθεί σε διαφόρων αστέρων ξενοδοχείων και είναι το πρώτο 5στερο ξενοδοχείο που έχει καθαριότητα 3στερου . Δεν γινόταν αλλαγεί σεντόνιών και μαξιλαροθηκών και το μπάνιο ακόμα και μετά την καθαριότητα είχε τρίχες.
