A wonderful place from which to enjoy Chania
Pros:

Clean and very calm.
Staff were excellent and a superb breakfast.
Best of all was that we both had an amazing nights sleep - the bed was super comfortable and altogether a brilliant stay !!

A fantastic stay in the heart of Chania!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our three-night stay at the Chania Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which really made us feel at home.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic—so much variety and everything we could possibly want to start the day. We were genuinely impressed by how complete it was.

Our room was on the smaller side, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We were in Chania to explore, eat, and enjoy the city, so we hardly spent any time in the room. It was comfortable and perfectly fine for our needs.

And the location could not be better! We were just a five-minute walk from the harbour, with shops, restaurants, and cafés all around us. It was the perfect base for discovering beautiful Chania, and we loved being able to walk everywhere.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend the Chania Hotel. We would happily come back!

Cons:

Our only little disappointment was the rooftop bar. We had been looking forward to it, but it was quite small and the pool was very, very tiny. That said, it was such a minor point compared with everything else we enjoyed about the hotel.

Todo fue excelente para mí en este viaje .
La gente, todo lo que nos indicó nos ofreció, nos colaboró, fue más que suficiente
Apoyados en unas atractivas, instalaciones donde, hasta el último centímetro fue aprovechado para el bienestar de los huéspedes
La ubicación del hotel para un viaje de paso, y a la vez conocer una divertida ciudad turística es perfecto

Best location.
Pros:

The location was excellent! Very close to everything and right in the center.

Cons:

The indoor poor was not ideal for us but it didn’t matter as we would go to the beach walking distance. Housekeeping didn’t top up are coffee or tea but when we asked for more once we ran out we were given extra no issues.

Pros:

The position is great, right into the city center.
The valet service is very useful and makes the stay very comfortable.

Cons:

The room had no windows and this was very disappointing for a 5-star hotel (to be honest it was clear from the photos that they were missing but I didn’t look at them with attention).
The pool is small and close to the room where breakfast is served.
The gym and the sauna are very small.

We had the best vacation here!! It’s the most hospitable and beautiful hotel and the location is a bonus.
Pros:

I can’t even explain in words how incredible our stay was!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming especially Antonis how was lovely, the hospitality is amazing, the room was clean and welcoming we felt very safe as two young girls alone, and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We really want to thank the hotel for their amazing hospitality. I felt so welcomed there it was clean and comfortable I have very high standards and it won me over!! I loved it so much (:
The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean we had everything we needed the pool was clean and quiet. The hotel is in the best location in the city. We had a great time and felt safe. Especially as Israelis we felt safe so it means a lot!!
There is not enough words to describe how good it is you have to try it!!
