Great design, clean hotel with lovely staff, in a convenient location.
Pros:

Location, design, cleanliness, staff, room.

Cons:

A lot of noise from the square outside, interior pool in the same space as the breakfast and dinner setting ( open only between 13:00-18:30) so nobody actually uses it, use of sauna is charged.

Pros:

the room was amazing, the staff were welcoming, the location is as good as it gets.

Cons:

pool is small and kind off weird as its part the dining area on the top floor.

I would not recommend it for people who are traveling by car.
Pros:

It is a small, comfortable hotel located in the center of Chania. The breakfast was really delicious, and the location is excellent, within walking distance of the Old Town and the lighthouse.

Cons:

However, since it is in the city center and there are many one-way streets around the hotel, it was difficult to find the hotel entrance when arriving by car. In addition, the hotel charges €15 per day for parking, and there was no clear parking guidance, which made it inconvenient.

Tæt på centrum

Cons:

Vi har efter 13 dage oplevet at hver dag har mindst 1 af 5 ting manglet på værelset.
Enten har der manglet de daglige komplimentære vandflasker, opfyldning af kaffe til kaffemaskinen, skiften af sengetøj, tømning af askebæger eller nye badehåndklæder.
Selv efter vi havde gjort opmærksom på mangler flere gange, kom vi stadig hjem til at der manglede ting blandt ovennævnte.

Derudover har vi billeder af indtørret snavs på værelsets bord fra glas og mad og Støv lag på gængse overflader.
Det er en lang periode at bo på et værelse uden afstøvning.
Vi spiste kun to gange morgenmad i restauranten pga. anmasende adfærd fra restaurant personalet, som endte med at være ved at fjerne en tallerken vi aktivt, med gaffel i hånden, spiste af.
Der var dagligt under formiddagsrengøringen en telefon på rengørings vognen ude på gangen, der fik lov med fuld volumen, at ringe ud.
Poolen er til dels også underwhelming ift. billederne af stedet.

Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins et petit déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

L'hôtel est bien situé, mais aux abords d'une place très bruyante, de plus il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. La nuit, il nous a fallu choisir entre le bruit (même avec des bouchons) ou la fraicheur.

Very pleasant
Pros:

The room and bathroom were great. Staff also lovely.
Nice selection at breakfast

Cons:

Parking is an issue but they do offer valet parking for €15 a day. Although we were only told on the day we were leaving that it starts from 7am so could be an issue if you have an early flight and left your car parked by then the night before. Luckily we could afford to wait until 7am.
