Magnifique
Pros:

Hotel luxueux, très agréable, personnel très accueillant et professionnel. La communication directe avec l'accueil via whatsapp 24h/24 durant le séjour, je trouve que c'est rapide et très pratique.

Cons:

L'hôtel a une superbe vue sur mer. Mais malheureusement pas d'accès pied en mer pour les séjours de l'été.

Pros:

Its not for the first time we have been staying there and the hotel is a charm. Exceptional location, fantastic sunsets, 99 restaurant is beyond praise - we go eat there even if not staying at the hotel.

Cons:

The staff needs training badly. They are very nice and traying really hard, but lack organisation and are not up to 5star hotel standards. We were checking in round five and were told that the room is not yet ready and we need to wait. When I enquired what the regular check in time is the room miraculously became ready. The luggage never reached out room and the car keys were lost. But these are really monor things that did not spoil overall impression. would definitely stay again.

Todo fue perfecto: habitación amplia y muy cómoda, instalaciones modernas, limpieza impecable y un ambiente tranquilo. La ubicación es ideal. Queremos destacar especialmente al Sr. Hicham, quien nos brindó una acogida excepcional, con mucha amabilidad y profesionalismo, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Sin duda, una experiencia magnífica y totalmente recomendable.
