Beautiful hotel, very nice staff, but too far from town. I think it’s more like a spending the weekends there than stayi
Pros:

Pool and sushi restaurant and the food top and very good quality, a bit pricey by good food. Staff were very nice but during the day from 12 noon to 3pm they weren’t enough staff by the pool.

Cons:

Too far from city. It cost 80usd for taxi, which I think the hotel should provide free bus rides to the customers and pick ups to & from town. Otherwise I wouldn’t go there again. Also they charge for airport shuttle. Too expensive too. The gym wasn’t too equipped too.

Das Hotel ist luxuriös, gepflegt und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Essen war hochpreisig, aber nicht gut. Es war kalt, der Service war drei Tage in Folge schlecht (Getränke und Essen kamen erst nach langer Wartezeit, das Essen war mehrfach kalt und unterdurchschnittlich im Geschmack). Das Servicepersonal bietet keine Getränke an, wenn man ein leeres Glas vor sich hat.

Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique et les chambres aussi.
La chef des concierge était très professionnelle et nous a donné de bons conseils

Cons:

La musique en continue à la piscine et parfois très forte est assez dérangeante si on veut être au calme
Certains membres du personnel au restaurant l’oursin ne parlaient ni anglais ni français donc difficile de se faire comprendre
Des personnes extérieures peuvent venir au restaurant donc nous n’avions plus de place pour dîner à l’extérieur.

I ask only a bit late check out because i was in the city for some documents and I left my kid in the hotel i ask if i can do at least up to one hour late check out but they refuse and they put our laguage out of the room

I had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Rabat Arzana during a business trip in Morocco and came across the most amazing guest experience that I’ve had in hospitality. Everyone, from the receptionists and hostesses, to the cleaners and waiters, to the gardeners and security staff, made me feel welcome. My birthday happened to fall on one of the days that I was a guest at the hotel and the guest services team went out of their way to make my day special. Sara and Lamia are 2 of the top hospitality professionals in the world and I am certain there is no limit to what they would do to deliver the best experience for their guests. The Conrad Rabat Arzana is privileged to have them. It’s a beautiful place with amazing people and an experience that will help you feel like you’ve got a little bit of home with you when you’re staying with them. If I have to describe this place in one phrase it would be, People Who Care. That’s what you’ll find at the Conrad Rabat Arzana. Can’t wait to visit again!

Exceptional!! Hoping to Come Back Soon with My Family
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. The reception staff was very welcoming and efficient from check in to check out. Breakfast every morning was excellent, with attentive staff and a great variety of options. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable.

Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

A special thank you as well to the lady at the concierge, Lamaie who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She always assisted us with the buggy whenever needed, drove us to the Business center, and helped me with a last minute train ticket and transportation request when I suddenly had to travel to a different city I was unfamiliar with. Her assistance was extremely helpful, professional, and always provided with a smile.
