Super verblijf gehad!
Pros:

Enorm genoten van mijn verblijf. Zowel eten, kamers,ontbijt van hoge kwaliteit. Personeel zeer professioneel. Zeker en vast zijn geld waard voor een super verblijf in alle rust!

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast has good variety and the dining space is elegant with an extended veranda overlooking the pool. The hotel is a bit far from center but perfect if you looking to a relax time. The pool space and view of the ocean is magnificent.

Pros:

À part ce que l'on a pas apprécié, tout était parfait. L'endroit et les chambres sont sublimes.

Cons:

La douchette des toilettes qui fuit, le grand transat extérieur pas propre, manque d'une lumière tamisée, manque de chaînes anglaise et française, le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette classe et le personnel des petits déjeuners pas assez professionnel (manque de discrétion et d'attention) hormis le jeune homme atteint de trisomie qui est un bonheur.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’hôtel, qui est très moderne, spacieux et bénéficie d’un emplacement agréable, sécurisé et calme.

L’espace piscine est un véritable atout, avec une grande et belle piscine offrant une jolie vue, ainsi que des transats de qualité. L’espace fitness est bien équipé pour les activités de cardio.

Le spa est incontournable, avec différentes installations telles que le sauna, le hammam et le jacuzzi. Le massage est également une expérience à ne pas manquer.

Les chambres sont très confortables. Le service en chambre est efficace et relativement rapide. Le personnel assure un nettoyage soigné et remet systématiquement des bouteilles d’eau à disposition.

Cons:

Ce que nous avons moins apprécié concerne principalement la qualité du service.

À plusieurs reprises, nous avons eu l’impression qu’une partie du personnel était peu active, notamment autour de la piscine ou des toilettes, où certains employés semblaient davantage occupés à discuter qu’à être attentifs aux besoins des clients.

Le service à la piscine manque clairement de réactivité. Nous avons souvent dû attendre longtemps avant de recevoir une carte ou pouvoir passer commande, et il fallait systématiquement solliciter le personnel pour être servis.

Le point le plus décevant de notre séjour reste toutefois le check-out. La facture présentée était difficile à comprendre et les explications fournies étaient peu claires. Le processus de paiement a également été laborieux, ce qui a créé un certain malaise. De plus, le départ s’est fait de manière assez froide, sans réelle attention particulière ni mot de remerciement.

C’est regrettable, car ces différents points ont terni une expérience qui était pourtant excellente dans l’ensemble. Une meilleure réactivité du personnel, tant à la piscine qu’à la réception, ainsi qu’une communication plus claire et chaleureuse permettraient d’améliorer significativement l’expérience client.

Wonderful stay in a gem of a hotel

Our stay in the Conrad Rabat was wonderful. As far we entered the compount we felt welcomend. Valet parking was very convinient. Such a gem of hotel, the professional check in , greeted with a smile.
The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, with high-end furnishings, premium amenities (Byredo), and stunning sea view incl. a spectacular sunrise. The bedding was very comfortable,
the breakfast was fantastic. There was an a la carte menue and the buffet had a choice of everything you wish for. The service in the restaurants and lounges were very attentive and the hotel's facilities and garden were impressive. The spa is a relaxing oasis and we enjoyed a relaxing massage. The pool area with some good beats was great.
The Conrad has truly an wonderful customer service. The staff made sure we got a memorable stay.
A special thank you goes out to Yassima and Sara for the exceptional front office service, the restaurant manager and the lovely bar crew in the Lounge Feuillage. Live Music and Dancing in the pool bar in the evening was fantastic.
I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking for world-class hospitality. It delivers a happy experience in every aspect and hope to return to that diamond of a hotel someday.
