Realmente me decepcionó

Cons:

Que dice tener restaurante y realmente era un aliado para el almuerzo y la comida, no son claros en la información, dice que aceptan tarjetas pero cobran un porcentaje extra, para el agua caliente se tardaba bastante en calentar (tengo 1 bebé de 2 años y lo requería), habian muy pocas opciones de domicilio y llegaba tardísimo, si es un precio favorable pero no justifica tantas faltas, el datáfono molestó terrible para poder pagar, desayuno muy básico. Realmente esperaba mas. Hay mejores por el mismo precio. Decepcionada

La limpieza estaba MUY descuidada, la piscina y áreas comunes en especial. Me dieron una toalla rota, tienen luces muy fuertes que en el exterior y las ventanas no tienen cortina por lo q no se puede dormir bien. Hace parte de un complejo de partidos de futbol, a veces juegan hasta tarde, dificultando el descanso

La habitación fue muy cómoda

La piscina en los 5 días que estuvimos solo le realizaron una vez el aseo la atención del personal es súper mala y dicen que esta súper cerca a Pereira y resulta que esta a más de 20 minutos en carro

Tuve una mala experiencia con el hospedaje, llegué y no había habitaciones disponibles y me acomodaron en otro hotel, sin piscina y viejo.

Cons:

Pesimo servicio, llame a confirmar la reserva y resulta que me la iban a cancelar, cosa que no hicieron nunca, si no hubiera llamado me hubiera encontrado con la sorpresa que no tenia reserva porque estaban llenos, no tuvieron la decencia de notificarme, la escusa es que no pueden bajar la disponibilidad en booking. NO LO RECOMIENDO NO SON SERIOS.
