No le hacen aseo a la piscina , no se puede usar

Me entregaron inicialmente una habitación sucia, que al parecer había sido usada "momentaneamente", lo cual me dejó algo consternada. Ya luego ante mi reclamo me reubicaron, pero deja mucho que desear.

El desayuno estuvo 10 de 10, muy rico, la niña de recepcion muy amable, todo estaba muy limpio
Las instalaciones son muy lindas y cómodas, el personal muy amable, lo único es el transporte, se demora en llegar los Uber o taxis
El hotel es muy limpio y fácil de llegar, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes pero solucionaron.
La empleada que estaba cuando llegamos nos ubico en una habitación en donde el aire acondicionado estaba malo, afortunadamente la niña de la noche nos acomodo.
La habitación era amplia, comoda y y las instalaciones muy bonitas. El personal muy amable.
Había mal olor en el baño por las tuberías.

No me gustó en el desayuno que aveces nos hacían esperar para servirlo en un día de nuestra estancia alcanzamos a durar una hora esperando , y además de eso el desayuno muy tranqui no le echaban buena leche al café.., y aparte de eso pues también me pareció más o menos la limpieza ya que aveces no limpiaban completamente la habitación como debía que ser..
