Valza Boutique Hotel

Rent og pent hotell. God frokost og service. Ikke noe boutique hotell, til det var det for sterilt og moderne. Flott takterrasse. Balkongen til rommene mangler møblert.

No beach view. Room was clean and modern however they use false advertising - the room we booked had clearly the sea view on the picture - upon check-in we discovered that the only view was another building, definitely not the view they show on hotels.com. Albania is one giant construction zone but they shouldn’t be advertising/selling something that does not exist. After long negotiations with the receptionist we got a room on a higher floor with limited sea view but different type of bed (worse) that we booked and two glasses of house wine. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view. Breakfast was fine by Albanian standards. We went to the restaurant for dinner celebrations, ordered food (lots of great reviews on internet) only to discover after long wait that the chef quit the day before and the staff left was cooking only some dishes - the pork chops were poor quality, squid was ok, in general not the quality one might expect from price and reviews. The good things were the view and the waiter. There was parking garage in the building.

Frühstück

The property is new with nice amenities. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also great. It's also close to the beach. The check in and check out process was smooth. Underground parking was available. Gerti, the manager of the Valza hotel was very welcoming and accommodating.

This is not a property to book without a car. It is a perfect location to sleep and then explore. There is one beach walking distance which is horrible for heavier or older people - rocks are sharp, easy to fall, or sprain your ankle. Feedback on hotel:
- the hotel elevator was not working which was a pain for my parents who were in their 70s to walk up and down the stairs with luggage
- the hotel did not have enough staff to run the restaurant on the rooftop; we ordered whatever they had but the food was bland and expensive; the rooftop does have a beautiful view of sunsets over the water; breakfast had everything for everyone and was decent
- modern and clean interiors; rooms & bathrooms are spacious; cheap bed linens & pillows; rooms do not have a safe; some balconies have a place to sit & others do not like ours; it did have a fridge which was great to keep water & drinks cold
- the noise: horrible! Monday & Tuesday nights at 12am got woken up by fireworks from the next door restaurants celebrating birthdays; we thought they were bombs going off how loud it was; completely ruined our sleep; there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel but that was not loud surprisingly
- the staff: the main manager or owner was kind and polite; the front desk staff - one lady was nice and another incompetent; unable to communicate or provide direction or help with the elevator that was broken

Very nice hotel and excellent service. Only minus is that it’s 40 min walking distance from lungo mare, so you have to take a taxi. Otherwise it was good, and beautiful beach nearby

Friendly welcome from reception staff, helpful information and met requests made. We asked for chairs for balcony and drinking glasses for room, which we thought could be provided as standard. Seaview from room's balcony on 5th floor and lovely sunset views from rooftop restaurant. Eco-incentive offered-skip room service for the day in exchange for 2 free beers on the rooftop. Unfortunately our room didn't get cleaned on the one day we declined this offer. No prior notice that hotel is surrounded on 3 sides by construction, although minimal noise disturbance for us as we were out most days and this is obviously out of control of hotel. Free parking was included and good location for exploring along the coast by car. Located out of busy main town with beach and many restaurants, but lovely traditional tavern directly across main road where we ate twice, as well as a convenient mini market on hand.

Die Vila panto war ein süßes Gasthaus mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. Sie war immer zu erreichen. Einzig die Lage hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Es war nicht so leicht zu finden und als Alleinreisende Frauen hatten wir abends etwas Angst.

A very nice hotel. Very clean and the rooftop was amazing -- great food and drinks and super friendly and accommodating staff.

The managment was excellent. They treated us great.

Hôtel 3,5 étoiles... qui les vaut.
Restaurant et petit-déjeuner très bien avec son rooftop sympathique.
Bonne chambre avec literie. Draps un peu bruyants.
La salle de bain n'est pas à la hauteur avec un évier un peu bouché et une grille d'évacuation de la douche qui n'est pas adaptée à l'évacuation.
Les joints commencent à souffrir. Dommage pour un hôtel de 2020.
Enfin localisation dans une zone en pleine construction.
Quant au statut de boutique hôtel, nous n'avons pas perçu la valeur ajoutée.
Bref pour le prix, nous avons connu bienmieux (tour d'Albanie en deux semaines).
Cela reste néanmoins convenable.

Fint hotell for familieferie rett utenfor Vlore. Tilgang til badested i kort gåavstand. Vær obs på rekkverk på balkong som fremstår usikret og problemer med maur på rom. Var ikke tilgang på vann ved ankomst. Ellers god frokost og vennlig personale

Big bed, quiet rooms, spacious and modern. Great location with the roof top bar giving some amazing views! Loved it.

Yeni yada yenilenmiş bir otel. Odalar genizş ve temiz. Roof da harika deniz manzaralı bir restoran. Kahvaltısı başarılı. Otopark sorunu yok.

L’hôtel, tout neuf, séduit par son design soigné et ses équipements de qualité. Si la vue depuis notre chambre donnait malheureusement sur un immeuble en travaux, le reste du séjour a largement compensé ce petit bémol. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, varié et copieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Mention spéciale à la terrasse du restaurant, offrant une vue absolument incroyable sur la mer, et aux plats servis au dîner, d’une qualité remarquable. Une adresse à retenir pour allier confort, gourmandise et panorama exceptionnel.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und direkt unten hat es einen kleinen Markt, um die nötigsten Sachen zu kaufen.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen.
Das Frühstück war auch immer sehr lecker und das mit einer hervorragenden Aussicht aufs Meer von ganz oben.
Dieses Hotel kann ich definitiv weiterempfehlen!
