The staff was very nice and the room really clean
كلشي كان تمام بس بالنسبه للنظافه والغرفه وخدمه من الرسبشن لكن خدمة الغرفه تعاملها كان غير لبق
طلبت من خدمة الغرف يغيرولي الكاسات لانهم توسخو كان جوابهم اغسلوها عندكم بالغرفه هاي اشياء شخصيه مع انه ما في غير مغسلة الحمام وخبرتها بس برضو رفضت بشكل سيئ
فش مصفات سيارات كافيه مع انه ما في ضغط بالعقبه بنص الاسبوع
The hotel is very well located in Aqaba. Even though it's not the nearest to the main area, it is only a short drive to it. It might be a problem if you are not driving.
However, it is very affordable to stay here, and the rooms are generally very clean.
If your neighboring rooms are smoking, you can smell it immediately in your rooms. Also, the aircon had a bit of smell and therefore we turned it off throughout our entire stay. However, as it was relatively cooling, the aircon wasn't necessary at all.
I stayed one night at this hotel and the experience was really relaxing. The room was very clean and smelled nice, and the place was quiet which helped me relax. The bed is comfortable and everything is tidy. The hotel's location is excellent, in the fourth district of Aqaba, very close to the beach and the city center, with everything around you from restaurants and services. What I liked most was the cleanliness, the quietness, and the proximity of the place to everything I need. The staff's treatment was also excellent, they were respectful and extremely cooperative. Frankly, I advise anyone who loves comfort, cleanliness and proximity to the city center to book here. Good luck to the hotel, hotel management and staff.
The stuff they was very friendly in the room very clean and the view from the room it’s good
The room was nice and clean but the shower didn't work. When we discussed it with the reception, they told us to wait until 7am and didn't care that we didn't have a place to wash. We only stayed for one night and needed to wash in the evening because we had just arrived from the rock city of Petra. We had to shower with a hose and with cold water. When we left, we were refunded 10JOD in compensation but it was definitely not worth it. I don't recommend a hotel if they can't solve such a problem.
The hotel is not considered a 3-star hotel at all, the bathroom is not clean at all with broken things !!, it has a really bad smell in the whole room, the curtain is also broken, the bathroom paper has not been replaced, and there is no sound insulation, so, I hear the voices of guests everywhere, was very bad experience , I did not sleep at night but only 2 hours because of the gusts voice everywhere and such bad smell
