Pros:

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff with a great location. Roof top pool was a bonus.
Nice, clean and modern room with large TV. Bathroom was great with a fantastic large shower room.

Cons:

Coffee machine was great, only 3 coffee capsules and 2 cans of water so had to ask for more which the staff obliged.
Room was great, however, you had to pull the blinds down completely as those across the road could see you at your best.

Perfect stay for a fun yet relaxing stay in Miami, without having the chaos of South Beach
Pros:

I loved the entire atmosphere of this hotel. From the location to the pool to the staff and the room, everything was exceptional. They allowed us to drop off our bags hours before check-in which was amazing! The room exceeded our expectations and was perfect for two people. The pool rooftop was perfect and just made the overall experience 10 times better. It is conveniently located in the heart of Wynwood, just steps from great restaurants, clubs and bars. Highly recommend staying here and transportation to downtown Miami as wall as the beach is very convenient.

the room allows for 4 people (we were a family of 3) and there were only two seats on the balcony and no way of adding another one.
