Perfect place to stay in Miami art district!
Pros:

Location was perfect for our visit to the art district. The staff were amazing…so friendly & helpful. Welcome Processco a very nice touch! Room was sleek, contemporary & spotless! The restaurant food was delicious! Definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great staff - Expensive food - not very soundproof

Great staff, good location, clean rooms.

Cons:

Food took forever… We waited over an hour and a half for our food on the rooftop and nobody was around to help us. We had to order through a QR code and somebody finally came over an hour later when we asked about our order and they had realized that it hadn’t been submitted yet. It wasn’t a huge deal at the time, but when we went to our rooms later that afternoon to have an early night and go to bed around 8 o’clock… There was a party outside on the third floor that kept everyone in our group up that night.
