The Rooms were clean,Big Thanks to housekeeping team. Always top

Cons:

Sometimes noise can be heard inside room. And our key card was not working since our checkin ! When we updated to front office : the respond from front desk staff was not helpful! They said please come downstairs so we went it repeated for the 4th times and again they told me to come downstairs . So , i went and told them to change the Key Card then if worked !

Pros:

Hotel rooms, facilities and hotel compound were clean. Really good lobby with a bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Rooms are bit compact. Hotel is situated in one of the dirtiest streets in Bangalore!
