Pros:

L équipe était au petits soins surtout Mr Ganname Yassine chef de salle, vraiment attentif à toutes nos demandes.
Je remercie les hôtesses d accueil ainsi que Mehdi très souriant et très professionnel.
Le cadre, le lieu, les prestations étaient parfaits.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect—it sits just across the river from the Kasbah of the Udayas in Rabat. Every day, you can take a small wooden boat to cross over to the other side. The ride itself already feels like a little adventure.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a smile that makes you feel right at home. Oh, and there's also a super adorable golden retriever named Tiffany—gentle, sweet, and basically the hotel's "hidden employee."

The hot shower in the room was wonderfully relaxing—exactly what you need after a long day of exploring. But what truly left the deepest impression on me was the service. Everyone is so warm and genuine, it makes you want to extend your stay.

I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Next time I’m in Rabat, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Mohammed at the concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. He was professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with a positive attitude, which made the stay much more pleasant.

Cons:

I had to take cold showers and sleep in thermal clothing because the heating didn’t work in either the room or the shower, even though the room was very expensive
