Très moyen pour un 5 * et la chaîne Fairmont
L’emplacement est sans intérêt et éloigné du centre de Rabat
Le personnel n’est pas très qualifié
L’insonorisation des chambres sur l’extérieur est inexistante
Chambres soit disant avec vue sur océan donnent sur la route avec au loin un petit bout de la rivière, nous cherchons encore l’océan.
À près de 500€ la chambre, on est en droit d’attendre bien mieux.

les chambres propres et récentes

Cons:

Boissons sur la carte au bar non disponibles
Mauvaise isolation des baies vitrées donc très bruyant jusqu’à tard dans la nuit avec les bruits de la route.
Personnel un peu amateur
Les chambres à plus de 5000 DH ne correspondent pas à ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre.
Nous avons séjourné dans la même semaine dans d’autres 5 * de Rabat pour moins cher et beaucoup plus qualitatif en prestations en qualité des chambres et du service.
Bref cela ne vous laissera le goût d’une expérience unique….. Dommage

Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel élégant, confortable et idéalement situé.

Très bel hôtel avec des installations modernes et une atmosphère agréable. La chambre était confortable, spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et attentif. L’emplacement au bord de la marina est idéal et le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

An outstanding stay with exceptional staff, breathtaking views, and a warm atmosphere that made me feel at home

Amazing staff, always smiling and welcoming, from the security guard to the hotel team. The pool deck offered a fantastic view of the city and the Atlantic Ocean. A truly wonderful stay.
