Pros:

Mohammed at the concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. He was professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with a positive attitude, which made the stay much more pleasant.

Cons:

I had to take cold showers and sleep in thermal clothing because the heating didn’t work in either the room or the shower, even though the room was very expensive

Overall, good experience. Availability of taxi big issue.
Pros:

Reception staff excellent. Very efficient and courteous.

Cons:

Service at breakfast. Tables were not properly set, napkins missing, salt and pepper missing, after multiple request, the staff responded. Staff at breakfast room needs in-depth training . Very poor performance.
