Pros:

L’accueil etait magnifique l’établissement sait recevoir ses clients ( Sophie exceptionnelle) , la chambre était bien équipée avec plein de petites attentions qui font vraiment plaisir, la laiterie très confortable, le petit déjeuner fabuleux avec un service très attentif , parking disponible et très pratique un hôtel magnifique.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel and would like to thank the entire team for making our week so memorable.
The swimming pool has an incredible view about the city of Rabat. It is breathtaking!
A special thank you goes to Yves, who took exceptional care of us every morning at breakfast. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and remembered the exact preferences of every member of our family. His kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made every breakfast a pleasure and truly stood out.
The rest of the staff was equally warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you all for a fantastic week in this beautiful hotel. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rabat.

Personel au top mais l’hôtel se dégrade dommage !

Nous avons cette journée, il y a trois ans donc l’hôtel était intéressant ça sentait hyper bon. Très bon accueil le petit déjeuner. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était parfait. Le personnel connaissait déjà notre nom. Bref l’hôtel m’avait vraiment marqué dans son ensemble. Et cette fois-ci j’ai aimé pareil le personnel, le personnel reste aussi aussi agréable. Y’a pas de problème.

Cons:

Alors ce que je n’ai pas aimé, j’ai l’impression que l’endroit commence à être de moins en moins entretenue, c’est-à-dire que l’odeur dans les couloirs n’est pas l’odeur du début. Les moquettes ne doivent pas être lavé souvent dans la chambre Fuite au niveau des toilettes on a tiré la chasse, il y a eu une fuite quand on rentre se doucher ,
Douche italienne tout l’eau ressort en dessous de la baie vitrée donc pas de brosse à dents ni de dentifrice. Les matelas étaient pas du tout confortable. les serviettes étaient lavées mais je n’ai pas envie de dire propre habituellement. C’est comme du neuf là ça se voyait que c’était utilisé depuis longtemps lavé et relaver. Le blanc n’était plus aussi blanc que auparavant. En tout cas c’est une grosse déception cette fois-ci.

Un excellent séjour, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.
Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, professionnel, à l’écoute et très serviable. Les serveurs sont toujours impeccablement habillés et très présentables, ce qui reflète le sérieux de l’établissement.

L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable et sent toujours bon, ce qui m’a particulièrement marquée. Les chambres sont confortables et très calmes malgré la proximité du boulevard.

Le petit-déjeuner est varié et complet. La piscine est très propre et les maîtres-nageurs sont eux aussi très gentils, accueillants et attentifs.

Je le recommande sans hésitation, que ce soit pour un séjour en famille, pour se reposer ou pour un déplacement professionnel. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le mini-réfrigérateur de la chambre, qui ne rafraîchit pas suffisamment.
