Pros:

Good location
Adjustable heating, whilst we were there the temperature outside was freezing. Thermostat in room worked straight away to make the room cosy.

Cons:

It needed a chest of drawers. I don't like living out of suitcases or stacking my clothes on the hanging space floor. Also the lighting was too dim to comfortably read in bed.

Very new, clean sharp room, good breakfast, breakfast dishes removal from table was slow, parking very limited however good parking arranged at local furniture store. Overall a good stay.

Pros:

I liked the personal touches in the room and the herbal sleep aid that was available for free in the lobby. Staff was very helpful. I liked the view of the river from my room.

Cons:

Restaurant hotel prices were a bit steep. Could have had a little more lighting in the room.

A very nice hotel. I spent my husband's birthday evening there. It was really nice. The staff prepared a birthday plate for my husband, and he was very pleasantly surprised 😊

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was spacious, nice view. Shower was great. Nice toiletries available. Fridge was handy. Tea facilities. Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. I was pleased to be able to check in at 1pm.

Cons:

I didn't sleep too well, unsure why. Walls quite thin, I could hear neighbour coughing. A/c /heating was tricky to operate.
