The location was exceptionally convenient and aesthetically pleasing. The bedding provided a comfortable experience, and the heating system operated flawlessly.
The breakfast offering does not align with its price point, particularly for a buffet service. We observed that the bread rolls were stale, and the brie cheese appeared dry with yellow discoloration, which significantly detracted from its appeal. Furthermore, the overall cost of £18 for standard scrambled eggs and sausage seems excessive. Upon our arrival, the reception experience was unsatisfactory, as the staff appeared to be overwhelmed and somewhat inconvenienced by our presence, which created an unfavorable initial impression. Additionally, the room lacked essential amenities such as slippers, and the floor was noticeably dusty. The absence of bin liners in the waste receptacles was also observed, and we had anticipated the provision of a complimentary bottle of water in the refrigerator.
