Food was fresh and had a wide variety of options at the buffet, eggs can be cooked fresh to your taste

Easy access to the rooms, rooms are clean and tidy with good TV options you can link with your phone etc.

Warm service and a great base for exploring Inverness.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the AC Hotel in Inverness. The staff were particularly helpful and kindly accommodated our request for a late dinner after a long day of travelling, which we really appreciated. We were also welcomed with thoughtful local Tomatin distillery goodies - whisky and toffee. The room was comfortable and the hotel made a great base for exploring Inverness and the surrounding Highlands.

Too noisy, wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

Location was excellent, room was very clean and beds were a good size.

Cons:

Construction noises the whole time we were there, even on Saturday and Sunday. We weren't warned about this. Also the sheets for the bed were too small so they didn't tuck in which was annoying.

Exellent 2 night stay.
Pros:

Big comfy bed. Room was next to a busy main road, never heard the traffic. Short distance to walk to the town centre. On site parking.

Nothing to complain about.

10/10 - hotel is stunning and staff go above and beyond.
Pros:

Good choice at breakfast. All staff we met were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Cons:

Only issue I have is that the hotel is pretty much fully booked for the rest of year so we can’t go back any time soon.

Great facilities, friendly staff, nice breakfast and fab location on the river.
Pros:

Great location for city centre and very clean, good breakfast

Cons:

I always like a bath and unfortunately seems to only be showers. Parking is an issue - have never managed to get a spot in the hotel (paid) car park and have to haul luggage from further away. Also kitchen shuts 8.45pm which is unfortunate for those of us arriving later, hungry so just be prepared to call in a food delivery from external.
