Très agréable établissement
Pros:

Très agréable accueil et amabilité du personnel, soucieux du confort du client.

Propreté, luminosité, rénovation ok.
Chambre très agréable, avec l'attention kfe/the. Un très bon sèche cheveux, ça c est bien.

Hôtel très bien situé, avec divers commerces autour.

Cons:

Une petite remarque : Dans la salle de bain, il manque une étagère ou petit meuble pour poser sa trousse de toilette, le rebord du lavabo etant très étroit. Mais peut être que quelque chose est déjà prévu.

Pros:

Inside it was super neat and clean and fancy, the bed was super comfy, we even had stuff to make coffee. LOOOVE THE SMART TV we could put on youtube and netflix

so the pictures lie a bit, specially regarding the outside of the hotel, the building is hidden in a in build area and looks kinda raggety, the area just looks so ugly outside everything is falling piece by piece, its a bar area lots of noise

Cons:

Hotel nieprzygotowany na przyjmowanie gości. Zameldowalam się z Córkami o godz 17 a w naszym pokoju trwały prace, o czym nie zostałam poinformowana. W pokoju zostałam więc robotników. Nie zdążyli zamontować gniazdka , więc mimo że w pokoju była lodówka, czajnik i ekspres do kawy to nie było możliwości z nich skorzystać. Nie można było powiadomić o tym recepcji telefonicznie ponieważ tel również nie działał. Klatka schodowa jest bardzo wąska i składa się z jednej windy i schodów przeciwpożarowych z których namiętnie korzystalysmy ponieważ winda była ciągle zajęta przez wózek Pani sprzątającej. Na recepcji Pani Menager zapewniła że zrobi nam herbatę i wymyśli coś abyśmy mogły wypić coś ciepłego rano przed lotem. Niestety po kilkukrotnej interwencji Pani z obsługi przyniosła nam 3 torebki z herbatą i stwierdziła że nic nie może poradzić na to że nie mamy jak podłączyć czajnika, za to może dać nam dodatkowy koc. O 1 w nocy obudziło nas wycie alarmu , trzeba było zejść szybko na dół , był to fałszywy alarm przeciwpożarowy. Nie było żadnej informacji czy mamy wyjść z hotelu, czekać, czy możemy wrócić do pokoju. O wszystko trzeba było dopytywać. Recepcja jest czynna od 8 do 20 , poza tymi godzinami nikogo z obsługi w hotelu nie ma. Nie polecam , na pewno nie wrócimy ponownie. Na zapytanie czy możemy dokupić śniadanie również nie uzyskałam odpowiedzi.

Dobrze zlokalizowane głębokie rozczarowanie.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 5 minut od hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego można bezpośrednio dostać się do Valetty. Pomimo głośnej okolicy, w pokoju jest cicho, nie słychać nic z zewnątrz. Personel pomocny oraz bardzo uprzejmy. Kilkuminutowym spacerem można wybrać się na zakupy w pobliskim Sparze.

Cons:

Obrzydliwie brudne łóżko - brudna pościel, prześcieradło, materac, wszędzie na łóżku były WŁOSY. W łazience unosił się dziwny zapach, a z prysznica na zmianę leci wrzątek i lodowata woda, przez co ciężko się normalnie umyć. W pokoju na dzień dobry tylko jeden ręcznik, o resztę trzeba się upomnieć. Nieprzemyślana konstrukcja prysznica sprawiała, że po każdej kąpieli na podłodze robiła się powódź stulecia. Brudny prysznic i ogólnie niedomyta łazienka. Rezerwując ten konkretny hotel zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego - JL Hotel, na ulicy Triq il-Wilga, o czym dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero przed przyjazdem, jest blisko oryginalnego hotelu, nawet w lepszej lokalizacji niż tamten, lecz nie jest to z góry napisane. O transferze do tego hotelu dowiadujemy się dopiero po rezerwacji. Recepcja nie jest czynna całodobowo, jeśli meldowanie wybrane jest o późnych godzinach nie zastaniemy nikogo na miejscu, jedynie na blacie recepcji leżą koperty z numerami pokoju. W środku kopert natomiast do dyspozycji wszystkich zainteresowanych znajdują się karty do pokoju!
