Pros:

Muy cómoda, amplia . Tiene todo lo necesario. Muy agradable la decoración , la vista. Un súper departamento .

Cons:

Faltarían algunos ajustes en la limpieza como en las alfombras, cortinas, sillones y en las estructuras de las camas. Es muy extraña la situación que todo sea on line y a la distancia . No tuvimos ningún problema , siempre nos respondieron en el chat pero cuando necesitamos una toalla extra no logramos que me la traigan hasta el momento del check out .

Very convenient and close to most of our activities. The apartment was way bigger and comfier than we expected and all-together extremely nice.

super Lage, aber das wars auch schon
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich gut, wir konnten fast alles zu Fuß machen, CTA und Buslinien waren quasi um die Ecke und sehr einfach zu nutzen. Die Auswahl an Supermärkten und Restaurants in der Umgebung war ebenfalls sehr gut und vielseitig.

Cons:

Es gab ein Systemfehler und ich konnte die Anreiseformularien nicht ausfüllen, damit wurde ich komplett allein gelassen. Es hieß dann sogar, ohne die Informationen, kein Check In möglich und da wir nach einem 10Std Flug erst abends ankamen, gab es auch kein Personal vor Ort. Keine Hilfestellung oder Alternativen wurden angeboten, obwohl sie den Systemfehler selbst zugegeben haben. Es war eine furchtbare Kommunikation, die einen sagten wir sollten dies machen, die anderen meinten wieder etwas anderes. Bis zur Anreise vor Ort wussten wir nicht, ob wir nachts auf der Straße stehen würden.

Es gab nur helles und großes Licht, keine Leselampe, Nachttischlampe oder ähnliches, es war permanent Krankenhausstimmung durch diese hellen Röhren.
Vor Ort funktionierten die QR Codes um Service zu kontaktieren nicht, wir haben durch Zufall eine Mitarbeiterin getroffen. Sie wollte sich um die Lampen kümmern, leider hat sie sich in den sieben Tagen Aufenthalt nicht einmal mehr gemeldet.

Die Sauberkeit war ok, Staub kommt überall vor und mit dunklen Möbeln, sieht mal es schnell, aber das Kopfteil des Bettes muss dringend gesäubert werden.

Frustrating!!
Pros:

I am very disappointed. No parking and took almost an hour to get in building and had multiple charges from Sonder on my debit card. Never again!!

Great location for a family stay in Chicago
Pros:

Location was great and the apartment was well furnished for our stay. The sound proofing was pretty good for a Chicago apartment (ie traffic noise was not disruptive to being able to have a good night’s sleep).

Cons:

The air conditioner is very loud when it is on, and there doesn’t seem to be a setting that doesn’t intermittently turn on and off, which is a bit disruptive overnight.

A fabulous five days in Chicago, celebrating a family wedding & seeing the sights!
Pros:

Location was excellent, close to Grand subway station and a couple of blocks to reach bus connections. You can walk to the river and beach and tourist attractions easily

Cons:

The air con was not working (Booking.com promises a room discount which we've yet to receive)
