Прекрасный отдых в SPA ESĖ в Бирштонасе!
Pros:

Мы остались в полном восторге. Отель очень уютный, современный и спокойный. Персонал исключительно доброжелательный, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Номер был чистым, комфортным и хорошо оборудованным.
Особенно понравилась SPA-зона — отличные бассейны, сауны и атмосфера полного расслабления. Завтраки и блюда в ресторане были очень вкусными, с хорошим выбором и качественными продуктами.
Расположение тоже великолепное: рядом набережная Немана, красивые прогулочные дорожки и тихая природа Бирштонаса.
Благодарим весь коллектив SPA ESĖ за тёплый приём и высокий уровень сервиса. Обязательно вернёмся снова и с удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым!

Cons:

Nepatiko pusryčiai, labai mažas pasirinkimas bei meniu patiekimas, darbuotojas ateina išvardina tris pusryčių pasiūlymus iš kurių net neina suprasti kas per maistas, dar nespėjus pavalgyt indai nurenkami iš po nosies. Lova buvo aprašoma, kaip itin didelė, o buvo gana maža, viena antklodė, lova be lovagalio, labai nepatogi. Viešbutyje nebuvo geriamo vandens buteliukų. 9 valandą vyko valymo darbai, surbliavimas trukdė poilsiui.
