Pros:

Puiki vieta, erdvus kambarys, geri pusryčiai, spa zona kaip ir gera, bet pastoviai šokinėdavo vaikai į baseiną, į sūkurinę vonią ateidavo mamos su mažais vaikais, kurie ten plaukiodavo, trankydavosi į žmonės ir taškėsi vandeniu

Kambaryje labai girdisi kitų durys, maistas iš restorano meniu skamba įdomiai, bet mūsų skonių neatitiko, nėra lifto, kondicionavimo sistema neveikė nors viską darėm pagal instrukciją

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is beautifully located in a peaceful, green area surrounded by forest, and it was a real pleasure to go for walks and explore the area.

The staff was professional, welcoming, and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and offered something different each day.

Thank you very much for your hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Cons:

One thing we would improve for future stays is the room size. The room was a bit too small for us as a couple traveling with a baby. A larger room with more space would have made our stay even more comfortable.

Good location and cocktails, but the overall experience fell short of expectations.
Pros:

Cocktails were nice, the location is pretty good.

Cons:

The room was very small and looked quite different from the photos, with barely any space for a personal bag or even toiletries. The walls are also paper-thin. While the room itself was clean, the tiny balcony could have used a quick clean as it was quite dusty.

The spa is very small and gets crowded, with hardly any space to even leave a towel. Dinner was average – the balandėlis was particularly disappointing. What made the experience worse, though, was the lack of attention from the waiters. I constantly had to ask for sharing plates, clean cutlery, or for dirty dishes to be cleared from the table.

The breakfast concept was confusing and, at times, felt rather impolite.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back.

Pros:

Kiekvieną vasarą ESE Hotel Birštonas apsilankome po kelis kartus ir visada norisi sugrįžti. Labai myliu šią vietą – viešbutis pušyne, šalia upės, aplink tokia ramybė, kad atrodo net žmonės čia kalba tyliau ir ramiau. 😊

SPA mums su vaikais yra idealus. Kadangi patys keliaujame su vaikais, kitų šeimų ir vaikų šurmulys visiškai netrukdo, nors poroms, ieškančioms visiškos tylos, turbūt gali būti kitaip.

Labai patinka viešbučio atmosfera, žmonės, o pusryčiai – vieni mėgstamiausių. Net jei šį kartą Benedikto kiaušinių tryniai buvo kiek pervirti, visa kita buvo puiku.
Tiesa, šaltibarščiai – super! 😊

Nepaisant restorano, ESE vis tiek išlieka viena mūsų mėgstamiausių vietų Birštone ir tikrai dar ne kartą sugrįšime. Tiesiog labai norėtųsi, kad pietų ir vakarienės virtuvė pasitemptų iki tokio pat lygio kaip visa kita.

Cons:

Vienintelis dalykas, kuris tikrai nuvilia – restorano maistas pietų ir vakarienės metu. Šią vasarą apsistojome jau antrą kartą ir abu kartus bandėme valgyti restorane. Deja, užsakyti patiekalai tikrai nuvylė, o antrą kartą dalį maisto tiesiog palikome. Labai gaila, nes tokioje geroje vietoje norėtųsi niekur nevažiuoti ir viską rasti viešbutyje, tačiau vakarienės tenka ieškoti kitur.
