One of the best hotels I’ve been to
Pros:

The rooms were very clean & the service was amazing. I loved that we had a stovetop and dishes to use within the room. The breakfast buffet was really nice and fresh.

Cons:

The parking is was a bit tight but there was construction going on next to it, so I know that played a huge role in it.

We'd stay there again should be go to Chattanooga in the future.
Pros:

Clean and updated, free parking. The provided breakfast was much better than the usual continental/make your own waffle situation. They had a woman making eggs/ omelettes to order, had a nice grinding coffee/mocha etc machine, chobani yogurt bar. We did not check out the pool or workout areas. Bar on site for those who imbibe, and a mini snack store in the lobby. The savings of not staying right downtown comes with travel time, so it's a tradeoff depending on your activities, budget etc, but be prepared to pay extra for downtown parking on top of the cost of the hotels there.

Cons:

One elevator was out of commission for over 24 hours, which made it difficult for patrons and staff to move efficiently. The parking lot was under construction but that will eventually resolve itself.

Great stay! Clean. Friendly. Great breakfast. Will be back again!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! Had a made to order omelet that was great. Lots of options avail and very clean.

Cons:

Not much I can say about what I didn't like. Both my husband and I loved our stay and plan to look for more Element locations when we travel. Will definitely stay here again.
