It met our needs but I don't think I would book this hotel again.
Pros:

The sitting area in the lobby was nice

Cons:

Our first stay at the Element Chattanooga will encourage us to seek lodging with the brand for future travel.
Pros:

From the first greeting at the desk, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and breakfast setup were excellent and appreciated.

Cons:

It’s a very nice place to stay
Pros:

I was little disappointed because I brought my husband there for our 15th wedding anniversary as a surprise. I notified the hotel when I made the reservation that it was our anniversary and then I notified them when we checked in, and I was kind of hoping they would do something to make it a little special, but did nothing

Cons:

it would’ve been nice if our anniversary could have been acknowledged

My family and I enjoyed our vacation and will be back for our next Chattanooga vacation.
Pros:

The property was easy to get to and in a great location nearby lots of amenities. We enjoyed the setup of the room and the morning breakfast was peaceful. Everything was clean and well decorated.

Cons:

The only thing that was a little unfortunate was the construction across the street. Nothing that could be helped.

Value exceeded expectations for the deal
Pros:

Able to relax in comfort and cleanliness, appreciate the sustainability efforts. Super smooth check in and pleasant staff. Breakfast options were superior to most free breakfasts.

Cons:

Would love less LED light pollution in room, or an easy way to cover.
