Pros:

Älteres, charmantes Hotel. Unser Zimmer war schottisch-antik eingerichtet. Wir fanden das ok. Das Personal ist freundlich und ansprechbar. Nachts war es ruhig. Die Ortschaft Beauly ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Inverness und die Region westlich von Inverness.

Traditional old hotel with character with decent size rooms. Location in the heart of the village.

No lift. Booking form asked if we’d like a room near or further away from the ‘elevator’ we answered as I am awaiting knee surgery….no lift in the property.

Loved the location in town. Clean and comfortable- we had the additional bed - which was convenient when a little snoring occurred! I loved the biscuits and coffee provided, and the clean, wrapped cups. While it was on the Main Street, it was peaceful - with the window cracked open, no noise! The McClane clan info posted in the room was a lovely surprise for my boyfriend!

Cons:

I had hoped for an early breakfast option other than yogurt, cereal, fruit. Looking for something heartier and for us, yogurt/cereal is a “texture issue.”
