Location, food,service, my room.

The hotel has a historical charm to it, the staff were excellent and the bar was lively for a cold and wet November night.
Everything
Nothing
Good
Although in annex, good room that suited us and our dog.
Electronic key cards stopped functioning but staff quickly fixed them.
It was reasonably comfortable, lots of comfortable public space. The public areas are well furnished. Everything else was ok rather than brilliant. Lovely setting in a pretty village.
There was some kind of kitchen crisis going on which made the wait for evening meals extremely long. The rooms are past their best and nobody came to empty the bins. The breakfast was very ordinary, no muesli or fresh fruit. Requests were met with a blunt no. Expensive for what you get
Good location, just off the main road. Quirky room at the top of the hotel. Found a field of "cows" up the road.
