Things weren’t cleaned in the room, drinks at the bar way over priced
Best customer service I'd had at any hotel in a long time, if ever. A gentleman there, I'm assuming was the manager, took care of us and was such a pleasure to interact with. I didn't get his name, but he made our experience the best it could be.

Very nice property. Clean comfortable and spacious
The staff was friendly, clean room and loved the vibe.
We didn’t like that it was advertised like it was literally next to the mountain. We thought we were going to be tucked up in the hills. That was very disappointing since it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We also didn’t like the slow, inconsistent internet.

Great room, great staff and a cool restaurant and bar area with adjacent pool area and in close proximity to some great golf courses.
Rooms were well appointed and comfortable, awesome place!

Room - large, modern and quiet - clean, everything worked - no issues whatsoever
Hotel facilities - great bar area, outside seating area and pool (didn’t get time to use, but area clean and modern) - small shop to buy snacks open 24 hrs
Breakfast - great breakfast - and service from the team - special mention to Michael, who was great
Location - easy access to North Scottsdale, its airports and local businesses, quite quiet around hotel (no major shops or restaurants) - fast service from Ubers (but slightly outside Waymo area)
