Wow—Tau House in Guatapé was an absolute 5-star experience from start to finish. I was celebrating a birthday, and the team went above and beyond by surprising us with a cake—such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special.

The service was exceptional across the board. A big thank you to Alejandro, our waiter, for his attentiveness and warm energy, and to Santiago, the manager, for ensuring everything ran perfectly. The entire staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of at every moment.

The food was excellent, the design is stunning, and the luxury lakefront setting creates an unforgettable atmosphere. You truly feel the elegance and intention behind every detail of the property.

This has officially become my go-to spot in Guatapé—I’ll definitely be back and already looking forward to staying in the Presidential Suite next time.

Highly recommend. Five stars all the way.
