No me dejaron utilizar el aire acondicionado

Tienen buenas instalaciones, como la piscina, cancha de tenis y su restaurante

No cumplieron con la reserva qué se había hecho, cuando llegué me indicó el joven de recepción qué lo que se había reservado no estaba disponible. Resolvieron dándonos una de sus habitaciones más costosas "los colores eco parque" lo que no me dijeron cuando me informaron de ese cambio es que no tenía derecho utilizar el aire acondicionado, lo que se vuelve un problema cuando la habitación que te están dando no tiene ventanas.

Creo que era más fácil contactarme antes de que llegara para indicarme que no estaba disponible mi reserva... Dio la impresión que no había interés en que llegara

Tiene unas instalaciones bonitas, el acceso es fácil pues queda por la vía principal. Personal amable y muy pendiente de cualquier necesidad. Ofrecen actividades de caminata y rafting.

Todo estuvo muy bien, está muy bonito el lugar muy buena gente de el staff! Lo único malo fue mi último día cuando me iba ir baje las ventanas de mi carro estaba estacionado atrás del makenke regresé en 5 minutos y se desaparecieron unas cosas del carro y los únicos en el área eran dos muchachos q trabajaban en el rafting uno piensa q es lugar seguro porque entras por rejas de seguridad
