Beautiful property located in a great space in Fira. Each room is luxurious with a steam room. Staff (We worked a lot with Vanessa) was incredibly helpful, booking rides/transfers for us and giving amazing recommendations to eat.

We loved the owners, they were really kind and helpful, they booked some of our taxis, they gave us a fruit platter, there was a bottle of wine and fruit in the room. The rooms were really clean, we also loved the steam room and outdoor pool, it was the perfect temperature, the outside area had seating and beds. It is a 5 minute walk to the main area which meant it was quieter and very relaxing. They can also arrange tours and buggy hire.

We cannot recommend Cycladic Suites & Spa highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, Vanessa and Dior went above and beyond to make our honeymoon truly unforgettable.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were incredibly attentive and took care of every detail, from booking the best restaurant reservations on the island to arranging taxis whenever we needed them and organising our airport transfers seamlessly. They even arranged a buggy for us for the day and provided fantastic recommendations on places to visit around Santorini, helping us make the most of our stay.
Every morning, we were treated to the most beautiful and delicious breakfast, prepared and presented with such care. It became one of the highlights of our trip. Vanessa and Dior consistently made us feel welcome, valued, and completely looked after.
The rooms were exceptional-spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and serviced perfectly whenever required. The attention to detail throughout the property was outstanding.
What truly sets Cycladic Suites & Spa apart, however, is the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of Vanessa and Dior. Their genuine kindness and commitment to ensuring guests have the best possible experience is something very special. They made our honeymoon feel magical and stress-free, and we are so grateful for everything they did for us.

Great location, good reception, the staff is very nice and helpful.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard throughout my visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided.
What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They assisted me with several arrangements during my stay and went out of their way to make everything easy and stress-free. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying in Santorini. Mrs Dior & Mrs Vanessa help me airport transfer and massage arrangements, telling me nice restaurants, and many advices to make my trip enjoyable. And I’m really satisfied with my staying at this hotel.

Really clean and well laid out. My suite offered excellent privacy, along with a steam/hammam-style shower room. I particularly enjoyed the steam facility.
The layout included a cosy “cinema room” with a projector 💛, separate from the main bedroom, which had its own TV - a really nice touch.
The staff were fantastic, welcoming and delivering true 5-star service. Special thanks to Ms Dior, Hassan, and Tatin. Their attention to detail and responsiveness to guests’ needs was genuinely impressive.
Ms Dior also provided helpful local insight and recommendations, which really enhanced the stay.
The location is excellent, while some areas are a bit steep, it’s easy to navigate and conveniently close to the centre.
Breakfast was a delight each morning, beautifully presented. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of being served sliced whole lemons for my hot drink every morning 🙏🏽👏🏼

Nothing really! My stay was so good, I extended my booking.
The staff was so helpful and although we were only there for a day, we had a much-needed respite. The room was gorgeous and the little outdoor tub and steam room in side the room were wonderful after days of walking around Athens. The hotel is in a lovely, extremely walkable part of Fira and made great recommendations for restaurants and excursions.
Everything was lovely. We would definitely go back.

O staff foi todo incrível, muito prestáveis e sempre a surpreender. O pequeno almoço é servido no quarto e foi maravilhoso. Muito bem localizado, conseguiamos ir a pé e em 5/10min estávamos no centro de Fira. Tudo incrível.

Easy check in and the receptionist was very nice. She walked us to our room and explained how everything worked with the steam room and heated pool. They made us a reservation at one of the top restaurants in the town and ensured we had one of the nicest tables. She gave us a late check out and allowed us to keep our luggage behind the reception desk so we could explore the town.
Suites was excellent, staff outstanding and could not do enough for you.
