Pros:

Super comfortable and clean rooms with great bed! I extended my stay and had a pleasure to stay in two different rooms, one of which was a honeymoon suite with stunning city view & blue dome church view from bed and a private heated little swimming pool and a hammam,

The other room was as comfortable, clean and beautiful, with a private hot tub jacuzzi, beautiful city & church view from the tub and a private patio. I had a very lovely breakfast delivered to room in both.

The staff was super, Dior and the others took care of my every wish warmheartedly and helped out in the kindest of ways! I can highly recommend this hotel, just couple of minutes walking distance from city center, in a nice and quiet location.

The dream baby moon getaway!
Pros:

The team at Cycladic Suites were incredible, they went above and beyond with any request. We got really delayed due to weather incoming and they still made sure we were looked after and communicated with every step of the way. The property itself is magnificent, the location is 5 minute walk from everything, the breakfast was AMAAAZING.

I enjoyed the honeymoon suite despite breaking up with my gf on the trip...
Pros:

The suite is spacious, clean with a large comfy bed and an amazing view on the sea. The steam room (hammam style) with the shower integrated is my favourite feature of this suite. I also loved the outdoor jacuzzi. Excellent service from the staff.

Cons:

The tiles in the steam room are a bit hard. It would be nice to have something to lie down on or to support your head. Steam room can take a bit of time to heat.
The chairs and beanbags on the outdoor terrace could be a slight little higher so that one can enjoy the view on the sea (a small wall is obstructing the view).

Warm and Welcoming
Pros:

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Our plane couldn't land but they kept our booking open in case we made it to Santorini - so glad we made the effort to get to Santorini the next day and staying at Cycladic Suites enhanced our Santorini experience. We hope to visit Santorini again in the very near future! Hghly recommend this place!!

10/10 — absolutely perfect stay!

The place and location are amazing, right in Fira, which made everything so convenient and easy to explore. The room and the entire property were very clean and well maintained. What truly made me book this hotel was the private heated pool and steam room—and they did not disappoint. Being able to enjoy a steam sauna and then relax in the pool felt like pure luxury.

Even though I was traveling solo, I had such a great time. The experience felt safe, relaxing, and incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to Dior and Hassen, who were both amazing and incredibly helpful. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and were also very helpful in arranging airport transportation. I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

The breakfast was also fantastic—I loved the wide variety and quality of the food.

Overall, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay so much and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and for being such incredible hosts!

It was an excellent place to stay and enjoy Santorini and Fira.
Pros:

We loved staying here and the large comfortable room. We had a super comfortable bed, hot shower with great pressure, ocean views, and it was clean. The best part was the friendly service. Dior and the staff do an amazing job making you feel welcomed and cared for.

Superbe chambre. Très grande chambre. Chambre Luxueuse. Très grande douche avec Hammam intégré. Piscine chauffée sur la terrasse privative. Géolocalisation idéale car l'établissement est au milieu de l'île de Santorin. A 3 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Fira. <3 j'ai beaucoup aimé la qualité de service de l'établissement. Tout peut être organisé par l'établissement à l'avance ou le jour même. Hassan et Dior sont des personnes gentilles et très professionnelles pour organiser votre séjour. Petit déjeuner copieux. Je conseille de le prendre. Petit déjeuner dans la chambre.
Beautiful room. Very spacious. Luxurious accommodation. Very large shower with an integrated hammam. Heated pool on the private terrace. Ideal location, as the property is in the center of Santorini island. Just a 3-minute walk from the town center of Fira.
<3 I really appreciated the high quality of service. Everything can be arranged by the property in advance or even on the same day. Hassan and Dior are kind and very professional when it comes to organizing your stay.
Generous breakfast — I highly recommend it. Breakfast is served in the bedroom.

Quarto lindo e atendimento excelente!
