A perfect stay to celebrate the new year!
Pros:

The suite is very spacious and clean. Shower was great. Although we don't use sauna regularly, we really enjoyed the in-room sauna every day during our stay since it was cold outside.
What really stood out for this lodging is the hospitality. The staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant, from answering all the questions, to recommending places to eat, sightsee, and do laundry, to offering a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We felt very welcome and comfortable staying here!

Cons:

Nothing
The location is 5-10 minutes walk from a few good restaurants and Fira proper. We don't mind the walk at all. But the steep terrain of Fira may pose challenge to other less abled travelers.

If you go to Santorini, stay here!!
Pros:

What a beautiful property! My husband and I had a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again! The view! I loved the Hammam! We were well taken care of and Ina was the best host! She went above and beyond to help us with anything that we needed! All the staff were great! The breakfast was wonderful and enough food to have a snack later! Eggs, yogurt, granola, pastries, croissants, pancakes, fruit, meat and cheese etc.

Great hotel staff members: Ms. Dior and Mr. Harris!
Pros:

This hotel’s staff members Ms. Dior and Mr. Harris were both exceptional and absolutely professional. They made sure that I was comfortable and took care of my needs and wants. Their hospitality and warm demeanor made me feel that I would like to come back to this hotel because of them. Thank you very much! The room was spotless and spacious. Again, the main thing about this hotel is great staff members!

Perfect
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Dior, who is such a lovely and bubbly person. She took the time to explain everything, show me around, and offer great recommendations. Then I met Hina, who was truly my coup de cœur a ray of sunshine! Her kindness and enthusiasm made me feel instantly at home, and she also gave me wonderful tips for restaurants and cruise tours.

Both ladies were not only professional but also incredibly genuine, making my stay even more enjoyable. Even though the hotel itself exceeded my expectations, their warmth and hospitality truly made the difference.

A big shoutout as well to the driver, who was very kind, and to the team responsible for breakfast and the fresh fruit delivery such thoughtful touches!

I’ll definitely be back.

A stay in Santorini that's worth every penny!
Pros:

The receptionist Ina went out of her way to ensure that our stay here was perfect. We got an early check-in as well as a complimentary bottle of Greek wine (amazing stuff!). The room was spotless. Breakfast was served directly to our room in a charming little crate each morning and it was delicious. The private outdoor Jacuzzi was a memorable experience - great views of the surroundings as the sun sets! Ina provided us with information on food delivery services and also arranged an unforgettable sunset tour of Santorini for us. Thanks so much once again, Ina!

Cons:

The only downside of the property is that there is no in-house restaurant/room service to cater to late-night cravings. The key to the door that leads to the rooms gave us a bit of trouble more than once, but Ina came to our rescue. So it's not a major issue.
