breakfast is the same everyday
Everything is neat, nice and comfy. The room is perfect, the staff is top notch (thank you Vanessa). The view and jacuzzi is insane. I'd recommend in a heartbeat
Everything was great
Our trip involved travelling through several European cities, but of all of them, our stay at Cycladic Suites was the best experience.
The accommodation is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with great sea views, while still being less than three minutes from the bustling centre of Fira, with all its shops and activities.
The hosts, Vannessa and Dior, made our stay truly memorable. We felt genuinely looked after—it was clear that our enjoyment mattered more to them than anything else. From the moment we booked weeks in advance, to our arrival, and through their daily check-ins, they showed sincere care for our wellbeing and overall experience.
Breakfast was served to our room, and they always asked in advance about our preferred time and choices. We were also welcomed with complimentary water and a bottle of local wine on our first night.
Did I mention the hot bathtub overlooking the sea and the steam room? It was incredible.
We only wish we had spent more than three nights in Fira, and we definitely left feeling refreshed. I would highly recommend Cycladic Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. There’s a reason they have a rating above 9 from over 2,000 reviewers.

The property is very nice and modern. The room is spacious and clean. Location is very ideal, only 10 min walk away from Fira. The staff were particularly lovely. Vanessa and Dior took very good care of us, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Everything about our stay here was great. From the staff on arrival and throughout. The rooms are amazing with great facilities and kept clean on a regular basis. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Close to everything and east to travel anywhere on the island.

The staff are so accommodating and friendly with great attention to detail that makes the stay feel special. The room was comfortable, clean and room B3 felt very private from our terrace and hot tub. The stream room was a huge bonus! We appreciated the quiet location and it's only a few minutes walk to the caldera, restaurants and shops. All in all, we had a superb stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here - the perfect base for our week on the beautiful island of Santorini.
Very minor detail but we felt the breakfast could be varied a bit more during the week. It was generous and tasty but a bit similar after a week. Id recommend making it slightly smaller and rotating the options every few days - hopefully that's useful feedback!
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We felt very well taken care of throughout our entire trip, and the level of service truly stood out. Communication with the staff was excellent, and a special thank you to Vanessa, who was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She assisted us with booking transportation and organizing activities, making everything so smooth and stress free.
The hotel facilities were fantastic, clean, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. The location is also brilliant, conveniently close to the centre of Fira, which made getting around very easy.
As two girls on a girls’ holiday, feeling safe was really important to us, and we genuinely felt comfortable and secure the whole time. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future.

The hospitality of all the staff, and especially Dior and Vanessa, was outstanding. The rooms are top notch and it’s a perfect location for an easy walk to the best restaurants and shopping in Fira. A stay here will be the highlight of your trip!

Séjour indescriptible. Personnel aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Chambre splendide avec piscine (chauffée!) et vue imprenable ! Hammam dans la chambre. Expérience inoubliable. Merci beaucoup pour ces souvenirs !
