This hotel was fantastic from start to finish. We were lucky enough at check in that our room was ready early (we arrived around 1.30pm). The room was absolutely fantastic. The air conditioning was the perfect addition to the room! Duhindar (my apologies for misspelling your name) was so attentive with cleaning our room and on days when we didn't need cleaning he made sure that we had fresh towels and extra toilet rolls.
The staff at reception were fantastic. They were always willing to help us plan our journey and were happy to store our bags on the last day. They would also check the facilities by the pool and when up there would chat away to us. We really enjoyed chatting to her about books and our plans for the evening and she would happily give us some advice. (Really sorry to forget your name). We also had a slight issue with the fridge in the room but once we mentioned this to them they were incredible and fixed it.
The pool area was small but people were really respectful. People would not hog beds and you would always get a bed when you went up early in the morning or in the afternoon. The pools themselves were spotless and a nice size to do a couple of laps. The views from the pool area across to Valletta were stunning! You could order food and drink at the pool using the phone outside. Everything arrived quicky and it was absolutely delicious. I had the calamari and they were lovely.
I read some reviews about people not liking breakfast and that there was little variety. I'm not sure what people expect from breakfast but they had the usual things for breakfast and you could order omelettes or poached eggs to be cooked fresh. There was also different fresh fruits everyday.
On our last day we had a late flight home and we were still able to use the facilities. We could continue to use the pool and there was a shower area available for us to shower and change before leaving. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
There is nothing that we didn't like. If we had to recommend some changes maybe some more umbrellas at the pool area or if it was possible to turn off the lights on the balcony so that you could sit out on the balcony without worrying about mosquitos. But this did not impact our enjoyment of our holiday here at all!
What I couldn't add in the previous section about our fridge, was that as soon as we mentioned it to reception they fixed it right away. They would also check in with us that it was fixed and later on in our stay another check in to make sure that it was still working. This attentiveness was just incredible!

La ubicació es excel·lent, a primera línia del passeig. Molts restaurants a la zona i ferrys a prop per creuar a La Valetta. Habitació molt espaiosa. Esmorzar buffet amb molta varietat I de qualitat. Personal molt amable.

Świetna lokalizacja. Przy ulicy, na której znajduje się hotel, jest kilkanaście restauracji o bardzo różnym charakterze — od irlandzkich pubów i włoskich pizzerii po lokalne knajpki serwujące owoce morza w różnych odsłonach oraz tradycyjnego maltańskiego królika. Wystarczy przejść na drugą stronę ulicy, by znaleźć się w porcie. Do przystanku promu miejskiego i do przystani łodzi jest zaledwie około 5 minut spacerem. Dużym atutem hotelu jest także basen na dachu, dostępny wyłącznie dla gości.
Hotel was in an ideal location and within walking distance to the ferry to Valletta. Restaurants, shops and bars also very close. All the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were lovely and if required omelette made to order.
One very small point but did not take away from overall experience- roof top pool quite small with limited loungers

Room is a bit small
A very professionally run hotel with excellent customer service skills. Brilliant position on the Sliema waterfront and promenade. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that.
The only thing is that the pool and sunbed area is quite small in comparison to the number of guests. However there isn't much they can do about that!
