Last minute stay due to a flight cancellation. Staff was excellent and helpful. Shout out to Tristen at the valet. This is the type of employee every business hopes for in customer service.
Room was clean and quiet, restaurant was a great option for in hotel dining.

This wasn't our first time at The Leo Kent, we love staying there but this stay was different. Our trip to Tucson was not planned, it was due to a medical emergency involving my daughter. We were tired travelers coming in from Southern California
and emotionally drained From dealing with the medical situation but the staff from the moment we arrived were awesome. A few who really stood out were, Asia, who checked to see if the room was ready for early check in, Conner and Kelsi in the bar area and David (Task mgmt). All of these employees went above and beyond. They made the situation better for us. Thank you!
We will be back!

I had an awesome experience at the Leo Kent Hotel Tucson. All of the front desk hostesses gave me the Best customer service. Each time I had an interaction with them they were so knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. They made me feel like I was at home, a home away from home says it best! I will definitely stay at this hotel again. First impression are everything and they made a great one on me. Thank you Ajah, Natalie and Lana!

I had a great stay at The Leo Kent Hotel Tucson! The room was really beautiful—modern, clean, and super comfortable. Even though our view faced the TEP building, it still gave us a pretty downtown Tucson vibe, especially at night.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The front desk agents, Dillon and Ajah, were amazing. They were both so welcoming, helpful, and made check-in feel easy and personal. You can tell they genuinely care about guests having a good experience.

Overall, I’d definitely stay here again—great atmosphere, great service, and a really nice place to be when visiting downtown Tucson.

Came in at 7 from a long day of work and the road noise was very loud. Shout out to Dillon and Ajah for giving me a room upgrade to floor 9 on the quieter side, I appreciate their customer service and willingness to fix this. Anything on Congress is loud. Other than that the stay was amazing will definitely stay at the Leo Kent again.

My son just got accepted to U of A so we stayed at the Leo Kent to just get a feel for Tucson and the downtown university aera. Ajah and Dillon helps us so much! Gave us GREAT restaurant and bar recommendation's. Also gave us a complimentary upgrade to a corner room and it was amazinggggggg! Thankyou so much Ajah and Dillon! Love all the front desk workers at the Kent.

Natalie, Lana, and Ajah were incredibly sweet and friendly throughout my entire experience. They made me feel welcome right away and went out of their way to be kind and helpful. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and their positive energy made a big difference. Such a wonderful team!

I recently treated myself to a little staycation at The Leo Kent, and it was exactly what I needed. The property has such a modern, comfortable vibe.
What really made the stay stand out was the service. Natalie and Lana were absolutely wonderful. Both went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. It’s rare to come across hospitality that feels this personal and effortless. I’ll be back for sure!

We had a great stay! We only stayed for one night, just trying to get some sleep while touring apartments but we were still treated to amazing guest service. Estefany and Corinne were so welcoming and accommodating and made us aware of all the amenities available to us and answered all the questions we had. The hotel was beautiful, but because of them we had an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be recommending the Leo Kent to friends and family visiting Tucson.

All night we heard people talking on the street and cars. I’ve stayed in Times Square, traveled the world, and this was nuts.

If you must stay at this hotel, request an extremely high floor and hope for the best. They placed us on the 2nd floor.

I was visiting Tucson on a quick work trip and for the couple days I was there Lana, Natalie, and Ajah truly made my stay. Thank you so much and I appreciate their hospitality!!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and had a wonderful stay thanks to the help of Lana, Nathalie, and Ajah. They helped me by recommending places to eat in Tucson and we enjoyed many restaurants. Nathalie was kind enough to upgrade our room, Ajah is an incredibly respectful supervisor who cleared up confusion with our reservation, and Lana proactively ordered and paid for our Uber (per my wife and I's cellphone malfunction). Albert in valet personally handled and delivered our luggage to the room as well. Very kind staff and one of the most cared-for stays we have had in a while! 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tucson. Clean, quiet room for a great price, and the location of the hotel is in a central downtown area with a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment. Didn't get a chance to eat at the St.cruz restaurant inside the hotel but we will definitely be back!
