Beautiful hotel and friendly staff however swimming pool policy should be reviewed
Pros:

The staff were excellent throughout our stay, from the reception team to the baggage handlers. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Access to the hotel is very easy from Almrissa Road, making it convenient to reach by car.

The view is absolutely stunning, offering a beautiful blend of mountains and sea that creates a truly relaxing atmosphere.

Unfortunately, this restriction was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com at the time of our reservation, and we only discovered it upon arrival.

A special thanks to the staff, who did their best to find a solution and were very understanding. However, we believe that such an important policy should be clearly communicated in advance, as it may influence guests’ booking decisions.

Luxe calme déconnexion
Pros:

L un des plus beaux hôtel de tunsiie . Un écrin caché dans la nature entre mer et montagne . Le luxe le personnel accueillant . Merci à Ghofrane pour son accueil et la chambre 321 merci aussi à siwar . L hôtel est tres bien équipée avec un Centre thalasso de 4 étages . La décoration est sublime . Il y règne un grand calme propice au repos . Les repas sont excellents notamment le buffet . On aime aussi cette ambiance àvec des bougies et des lumières tamisés dans les couloirs .
