L'architecture intérieure (araboispanique) et le décor intérieur, le professionalisme et la gentillesse du personnel, le programme thalassothérapie avec du personnel qualifié. 0

Cons:

Le fait qu'on ne peut pas bénéficier d'un bain dans la piscine thermale alors qu'on a payé pour un forfait total de 592 dt pour 2 personnes.
Pour le dîner censé a la carte 105 dt par personne on nous a présenté un seul menu d'ailleurs moyen pour le prix payé.

un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre unique entre montagne et mer

la vue de la terrasse du resto pendant le petit dej était superbe
le coin feu du bar aussi était magnifique
la vue de la chambre était unique qui donne sur la piscine et la mer à la fois

Not as expected
Pros:

The reception’s team were welcoming and friendly . The location was super good 😍the lobby and the sea view were beautiful too.. the food was delicious, varied and fresh .. very good breakfast. i liked the restaurant atmosphere .. good dinner with music was amazing 🤩

Cons:

The Swiming pool team weren’t friendly, what they called thermal water wasn’t as expected.. dirty.. very dirty.. not a renewed water.. i didn’t use it .. we booked the stay to enjoy this thermal water but we couldn’t ☹️ there was only one elevator working for all the guests.. it tooks long time to reach the room. A bit disappointed ☹️ quality of services wasn’t as expected.

Hotellet er en destinasjon i seg selv og er absolutt verdt å få med seg i Tunisia.
Pros:

Personalet var usedvanlig serviceorientert. Fantastisk hotell med unik beliggenhet. Nydelig mat og bra utvalg. Vi ble oppgradert til en suite. Hotellet gjorde det som skulle til for å gjøre vårt opphold til en minneverdig opplevelse.
