Excellent location, comfortable stay, incredible staff
Pros:

The room felt like home, I could spend quality time with my friends and relatives who visited me. Could store Chocolates in the fridge. Could heat up leftover food. They topped up tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was really nice, omelette bread banana milk shake dosa or idli, paratha curd pickle. Lovely smiling staff. Location really good for various eateries, I could try a lot of types of food. All by using uber auto to access. Went to commercial street multiple times using auto. There was no need to take metro, eventhough metro is very near. Another advantage was that buses to kerala tirupati all were accessible from indian oil pump which was also very close. I would definitely choose this hotel again due to the comfort that the place offered me.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great.

Cons:

Room was much smaller than shown in pictures. All rooms face the road and are super noisy and dusty. Cleaning was not thorough. The bathroom was stinking all the time. Wifi was up and down.

Short stay. Not fully satisfied with the facility, but very convenient location for me.
Pros:

The location was very convenient for me and overall in a great area in Indiranagar. The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The elevator was not working for a good amount of time on both days I was there. The room was not very well-lit. Overall, the decor looked quite old. At the same price point, there are hotels of higher quality available in the area.

Hospitality at its best
Pros:

My mom and I travelled from Bahrain to Bangalore for medical intervention. I had chosen a different hotel but unfortunately I was almost scammed by someone who got a hold of my phone number. Therefore, I was very sceptical about the next hotel I had to choose. Luckily, Sanctum Suites was the best choice. From Mr. Pradyuman, the Manager, who provided assurance and support prior to the booking to Mr. Kanhai Lal who attended to our every need during our stay up until our checkout. The level of hospitality was incredible. Will definitely rebook them for our next visit.
