Super friendly staff and all the amenities of home
Pros:

Location was very convenient, just a minute off I75. The on-duty clerk was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was amazing, very very clean. It reminded me of a tiny house with everything I would need to live!

Cons:

The breakfast eggs were too wet and runny, gravy had a weird gummy texture (this is coming from someone who routinely makes sausage gravy from scratch), and I would have liked a meat choice such as a sausage patty. Breakfast isn't a big deal to me, so it wouldn't impact my decision to stay here again (at all).

HIGHLY recommend this place! Rooms are HUGE and comfortable!!!

The room sizes! Just amazing for the price!! Have traveled with two goldendoodles back in October of 2026 when we were moving to FL and that was our first time coming to this hotel. Purposely booked the same hotel for this most recent stay because I was AMAZED with the facility! This time around we were moving our duaghter to FL after she just graduated from University of Iowa. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!!!!!

Cons:

The continental breakfast was ok, was a bit surprised with how everything else was amazing but then the breakfast just didn't match the amazingness the facility itself gave.

Excellent
Pros:

Roscoe was excellent!! We had an issue with the TV, he came up and fixed it within minutes! The beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

We had a room next to us that were loud and slamming things around until 3am. But everything with the hotel was excellent!!
