Great value, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
Pros:

The room was quiet and clean and everything looked new. The pool was small but its a great amenity. This hotel has great value. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Cons:

I really didn't have any issues with anything. Really everything was great.

I am unsure how anyone could give this hotel anything less than a 10/10 star rating.
Our family stayed here only one night as a halfway point from Florida to Michigan. I booked this hotel based on their rating on Booking.com and Google. We enjoyed this location so much, we are considering a trip to Chatanooga just to stay here again! 😆
The hotel is very modern and extremely clean. The rooms are large with many features. In the breakfast area is a large dry erase bored with the day's temperature along with activities and sights to see in the area. Continental breakfast had many options including items for those with dietary restrictions.

Pros:

Spent the weekend in Chattanooga and stayed at this exceptional hotel. The staff at check in and check out were incredibly friendly and professional. The room was fantastic. Extremely clean and really checked every box. Nice kitchenette, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and bedding, large flat screen and additional furniture. We used the pool and it was a salt water pool. Very enjoyable on a hot summer day. One feature I really liked was off the main hallway was a small hallway with the entrance to two rooms. It really helped with the peace and quiet. The free breakfast was outstanding. Lots of high end choices and beverages. The waffle machine is great. We thoroughly enjoyed this modern hotel and highly recommend a stay. It may cost a little more but you'll know where the money went.

Great place to stay to explore Chattanooga
Pros:

We were only here one night to drop my daughter at a camp, but I wish we had stayed longer. Our room was more of an apartment with a good sized fridge, cook top, and everything we needed if we planned to cook. The staff was friendly and the room was immaculate.

Feels like home
Pros:

We usually stay 3-4 individual nights each year driving north to south with our pups. It’s so nice coming back and seeing familiar faces. Juan always takes great care of us. The amenities are perfect and everything we need even it if were for more nights. It’s an added bonus to have the extra door feature to keep noise down to not stir the pups. Can’t beat the location as we love to pop into all the antique shops just down the road!

Super friendly staff and all the amenities of home
Pros:

Location was very convenient, just a minute off I75. The on-duty clerk was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was amazing, very very clean. It reminded me of a tiny house with everything I would need to live!

Cons:

The breakfast eggs were too wet and runny, gravy had a weird gummy texture (this is coming from someone who routinely makes sausage gravy from scratch), and I would have liked a meat choice such as a sausage patty. Breakfast isn't a big deal to me, so it wouldn't impact my decision to stay here again (at all).
