Pros:

Het uitzicht, de airco, de indeling van de kamer en badkamer en het zwembad.

Cons:

De kakkerlak, de stof en steentjes van de stenen ook op bed, de aangeboden quad tour, het hele harde matras.

L'hôtel est beau , le personnel est très gentil et serviable, c'est un petit hôtel donc on est tranquille. La piscine est vraiment un plus vu la chaleur ! Et le petit déjeuner est vraiment au top !

Cons:

On est obligé de demander pour allumer et éteindre la Clim mais c'est un détail .

Pros:

El alojamiento es una pasada. Al llegar nos quedamos impresionados con la habitación cueva, súper bien decorada, el baño súper bonito también y muy grande. Las vistas son espectaculares. Volvería una mil veces a este hotel. El personal es muy agradable. Obviamente necesitas coche o taxi para llegar a Goreme y demás. Las comidas/cenas súper bien de precio y muy buenas. El desayuno también muy completo y bueno. La piscina está genial. Nos quedamos con ganas de hacer por lo menos una noche más, nos encantó todo. No dudéis en cogerlo si estáis por la zona, vale mucho la pena.

¡El mejor alojamiento de nuestro viaje por Turquía! El personal fue superamable y atento en todo momento (se agradece, además, que hablaran inglés), la habitación superó todas nuestras expectativas, la WIFI funcionaba genial, el desayuno era completísimo (en general, todo lo que probamos de la cocina, que abría 24h, estaba muy bueno y tenía buenos precios), preciosa vista al castillo...

Pros:

La struttura dell'hotel è semplicemente meravigliosa: immersa nel cuore della Cappadocia, con una vista mozzafiato e ambienti curati che trasmettono immediatamente un senso di pace e autenticità. L’atmosfera è incantevole e rappresenta davvero un valore aggiunto all’esperienza di viaggio.

Passando agli aspetti positivi, la cena è stata perfetta: piatti ben preparati, gustosi e serviti con grande cura. Ciliegina sulla torta il thè 😍

Cons:

Ci sono stati alcuni aspetti del servizio che ci hanno deluso. In particolare, il servizio di pulizia delle stanze è stato praticamente assente durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, non erano disponibili asciugamani per la piscina né un tappeto per la doccia, dettagli che ci saremmo aspettati da una struttura di questo livello.

Abbiamo prenotato due stanze: una delle due risultava particolarmente calda e siamo stati costretti richiedere un ventilatore mentre nell'altra il condizionatore veniva spento, rendendo difficile mantenere una temperatura confortevole.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, invece, avremmo apprezzato la possibilità di scegliere tra opzioni diverse. L’unica proposta era una colazione classica turca, sicuramente tipica ma un po’ limitante per chi ha gusti diversi o desidera un'alternativa internazionale.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno in una location splendida che, con qualche attenzione in più ai dettagli e al comfort degli ospiti, potrebbe diventare davvero indimenticabile.

El personal, muy amable y atento. La ubicación, con fantásticas vistas del pueblo y el castillo. La decoración, acogedora y con buen gusto. La piscina, que se agradece mucho con el calor que hacía. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Las cortinas de la habitación necesitan un arreglo. Además, me gustaría que la habitación pudiese oscurecerse completamente poniendo otro tipo de cortinas. Tener que pedir a recepción que conecten el aire acondicionado cada vez que es necesario, aunque sencillo, es un engorro.

Tolle Aussicht, aber sehr schmutzig

Die Aussicht war Mega schön und das Frühstück war reichlich

Cons:

Der Pool war immer schmutzig. Sehr viel Insekten und irgendwas weißes schwamm in dem Pool . Deswegen haben wir ihn gemieden obwohl ich gerade wegen des Pools gebucht hatte . Auch im Zimmer was der Sanitärbereich sehr schmutzig . An der Glasfront von der Duschkabine sah man noch die Fingerabdrücke von dem Vorgänger . Dann hatten wir einen Whirlpool auf dem Zimmer, den wir benutzen, und beim Einschalten kam uns ein fauler Geruch entgegen. Das Toilettenpapier oder Mülleimer aus leeren wurde erst nach Anfragen gemacht.
