The facility was very clean.
The internet did not work nor did the control for the AC. The mattress was like a slab and covered with a thick plastic covering that made it worse. No signs at all for the hotel, very difficult to find.

My gf and I had to go through one of the most dangerous situations in our lives. We arrived at 11:30pm as planned and confirmed by the hotel. Only to be told at the reception that they have no reservation and no room for us. It was almost midnight, we barely speak any Spanish, we were told by them it’s dangerous to walk out there, and we had nowhere to sleep. The receptionist tried to help us call around until we found room in one remote 2-star hotel which was in a sketchy area and they charged us even more than the original booking we had, we struggled to find a taxi to take us there, but we finally did it and survived the night.
To make matters even worse, Booking customer service provided absolutely zero support after the incident, as they said they tried contacting the property and got no response, and that was it!
Located next to the bus station and close to the airport, very friendly staff
There was so much noise during the night from people in other's room, and the staff would not make them stop, you could hear everything through the walls

We were in the area for the football match and it was exactly what we need. Good location in the sense that we arrived in the south by bus that day and then left the next moring by bus. Super close to the terminal and the staff were friendly even with our lack of spanish.
