Very close to center of city. If you want to explore you will need a car either that or get tours booked with pickup.
The room was very humid i may have gotten one of the lower end rooms ther wasnt any windows and barely any ventilation. I tried to keep door ajar when I was in the room. Saw some mold in the shower. The staff however were very nice especially kitchen staff two ladies served nice breakfast. The hotel itself reception is a bit strange when you still in you will see whatsapp # there. I however did let staff know my landing time so they were there when I got there. For the price I paid not bad I did get to experience Cave hotel so no complaints if im going back probably.would pay for better room. The mini fridge in my room wasnt working but owner let me use fridge in kitchen. Also theres no elevator in the hotel so be prepared for that. I forgot to take pictures of the room itself was alright; mostly clean minus the shower mold and extreme humidity.
У нас был номер с джакузи, нам понравилось проживание. Номер был небольшим и уютным, достаточно симпатичный. Расположение отеля немного на горе, поэтому вид на город отличный. Еще нам очень понравился завтрак, он был разнообразный и вкусный)
Была ошибка о заезде в 12:00, что в общем то невозможно, потому что номер не успели бы подготовить, но уборщицы быстро убрались и мы заехали в 13:00, за что спасибо администратору, потому что мы были очень уставшие. Просто исправьте эту ошибку в системе бронирования во избежание дальнейших недоразумений.

Bir gün önce yazmıştım soğuktu kalorifer yanmıyordu ama bugün tamir ettiler bir sıkıntı yok bizlere meyve ve çerez ikramında bulundular kendilerine buradan teşekkür ediyorum hayırlı işler diliyorum
Authentic hotel in Urgup, nice location on 5min walking from city centre. They helped us also with the baloon ride so recommending this to everyone.

Otel konum olarak cok guzel.calisan arkadaslar cok nazik ve kibar.fakat restoran en ust katta merdiven sayisi cok fazla.odamızda mini buzdolabı var ama calismiyor.sorduk hic bir oda da dolap yokmus.tekrar gider kalirmiyim.Kesinlikle giderim.
Fatih bey başta olmak üzere tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkür ediyorum ekibiyle beraber çok samimi ve güler yüzlüydüler ki bu bizim için bir çok şeyden önde geliyordu. Otel içinde ise odalar çok geniş olmamakla beraber çok iyi şekilde değerlendirilmiş ve temizdi, ortak teras alanlarına çıkılıyor ve orada gece gündüz farketmeden inanılmaz bir manzara mevcut… Kahvaltısı özellikle çok güzel ve sunuş şekli olarak o da çok hijyenikti. Son olarak otelin konumu merkeze çok yakın bir mesafede yürüyerek 3-4 dk. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.. Aile veya çift olarak da gelinebilir.

The price
The hotel location is uphill in an unpaved road. The staff couldn’t speak any English nor replied our messages in the booking app prior to our arrival. The reception had a strong cigarette smell. The WiFi was very unstable
