Pros:

Engañan a los clientes. El hotel no queda en el rodadero ni tampoco se llama así. Yo no pude quedarme allí porque al ir al rodadero nunca lo encontré. Los llamé y me contestaron de un “hotel aliado”, me dio miedo y me quedé en otro lugar. Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero y que cambien la información engañosa en la página de expedia.

Pros:

Everything went fine and smooth
Same day thru Orbitz app I paid another day in Cartagena Colombia in barajas house and I got there I found that histal isn't operating so I am going to complaint to NYC Department of complaints due to the fact that you orbits doesn't have any idea what hotels are taking advantage of customers
It was a total mess and I got crazy looking for hotels in Cartagena
That incident took place today 22
