A huge dissatisfaction and disappointment
Pros:

The location is excelent

Cons:

Definitely not worth the money we paid for the stay in the villa. It was a huge disappointment, compared what we experienced 1,5 years ago. The service and food in barro cocina is a disaster, have to ask for basics, it’s not service and food expected in that price level. Difficult to understand the michelin guide star, it’s in every promo, tye disappointing experience whit that restaurant. Not even mention one night without water in the villa.

Anlage und Personal ist hoch, Restaurant ist weniger gut. Die Liebe zum Detail hat gefehlt.

Unterkunft, Reinigungspersonal, Aussicht.

Cons:

Qualität der Gerichte aus dem angeblichen Michelin Stern Restaurant. Wir haben mir einmal den Service in Anspruch genommen. Enttäuschend.

Secluded in the middle of nowhere, you will find the most amazing views.
The staff is super friendly always ready to help you solve anything you need

Beautiful setting but fell short for a Michelin rating.
Pros:

Beautiful setting. Staff was friendly and Luca the dog was a bonus. Matias created an itinerary to make our stay more enjoyable.

Cons:

Sewage odor both in the room and the restaurant. We requested transfer to airport and the car sent was not sufficient for 4 people and luggage. This resort falls far short of a Michelin 5 star level. Staff is not trained for customer service other than Matias. In addition fruits, cheese and nuts that are laid out for breakfast are not easily accessible.

Design, cuidado, limpeza

Cons:

Nosso quarto estava com o vidro quebrado e a cortina não funcionava direito. O banheiro é diferente, o chuveiro molha o banheiro todo .Não atrapalhou mas pelo valor da acomodação esperávamos este cuidado .

la atencion del personal es 1000 puntos.

Cons:

Muy bueno el desayuno, pero me hubiera gustado que sean menos estructurados con la cantidad de tostadas! no nos daban mas de una.

Um lugar pra renovar a alma. A paisagem, os quartos, o atendimento, o café da manhã... tudo é voltado pra só ter bons pensamentos.

Cons:

Só um detalhe: é preciso ter carro alugado. É um tanto isolado, apesar de que isso faz parte do propósito do local.
