The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and also the waitress in main dining room at breakfast she was so nice. Love it here will be back in 3 weeks the rooms are very clean and beds comfy

Nothing special.
They did not even provide a complimentary water bottle in the room. In fact, the bottle clearly stated that it was free only for members, while other guests were charged $3. For a stay that cost $700 for two nights, it was disappointing and embarrassing that even a basic bottle of water was not complimentary.
In addition, despite being charged for daily service, the room was not cleaned every day and housekeeping was provided only every other day.
Excellent location to everything needed breakfsst was really good and the staff was excellent very friendly

The staff were extremely pleasant to interact with. Our room was clean when we arrived & we had zero issues. Parking is $30, which is not fantastic, but we knew that when we booked!
The op operations manager was absolutely magnificent. Can’t wait to come back to stay at the hotel again.

The room and bed seemed clean enough, but the bathroom smelled of urine and there were urine stains on the base of the toilet. The smell permeated the room.

Rude staff, expensive parking, and not enough food options around the hotel to come back.
The hotel and room were very clean. Close to interstate and so many great restaurant options. We could hear the interstate noise at night and parking when you first arrive is a little challenging. Once you are checked in and get the card to enter parking garage, it's smooth from there. We would still stay there again because of the price.

$30 for parking and $3 for a small bottle of water in the room is unreasonable given the price for the room. The staff was not well trained to check us in and out, particularly after having checked in on the app before arriving.
