Absolutely brilliant
Pros:

I totally enjoyed my stay. From receptionist to guards.

Caution on full payment before checking in.
Pros:

Great outdoors and great service from the waiting team in the outdoor areas.

Cons:

The property asks full payment for stay while checking in unlike what is presented on the site as payments are not required while booking.

That should be amended in the site that dull payments are made while checking in.

Nice breakfast, always nice staff at parking lot
Nice pool but it was a bit crowded. They first told me I couldn’t use it on my day of check in because it was the weekend, only the next day - then I explained that I had to checkout very early morning already and they discussed and agreed that I could use exceptionally on check-in day (it was nice gesture but that rule makes really not much human sense)

Cons:

I stayed ground floor and the noise from staff talking outside my room in the corridor was seriously disturbing and later on guests in another room on opposite site of corridor switched on their TV in a crazy loud way after 1am in morning. I was super wrecked the next morning as I could not sleep before 4am or so, but had to get up early for work. Some noise control by staff and support when guests have very loud TV volume would be nice.

The property is clean everywhere and mostly the staff are excellent from receptionist, servers and caretakers all excellent and professional
